Had a really great time at this location here. It was so nice and bright and I loved how the products matched the yellow main yellow color. There products were really good and Crystal did my hair and she was so sweet. I love talking and she matched my energy and we talked so much about ourselves and it was just a great time. The hairstyle was something not in the book and she really did it like no problem. And she said she did hair for eleven years so she for sure has experience. The products she used was great too. The hairspray felt light but still held very nicely not like other hairsprays where it feels sticky and weighs your hair down. It just felt like cold air or a breeze when she put on the hairspray. What started as a terrible experience with the front desk became even worse after speaking with the manager. The manager called me back with an extremely rude and dismissive tone. Instead of addressing my concerns, she defended the behavior and attempted to justify why my call was not returned. I was told Fridays are busy, which made no sense considering the timing of the callback. I was also told that security footage showed I arrived at 12:17 PM and that the front desk employee was not on her phone. That statement is completely inconsistent with what I personally witnessed. It is shocking that, rather than addressing the issue, the focus seemed to be on finding excuses and shifting blame. What is even more concerning is that I was charged a $25 cancellation fee despite never receiving service. I was told to wait until 12:35 PM, yet I was still waiting after that time had passed. Instead of acknowledging the situation, I was simply told I was late and therefore deserved to be charged. The disrespect, lack of professionalism, waste of my time, and the way I was spoken to throughout this entire experience are completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. Because of how this matter was handled, I will be exploring all available options to formally address this situation and challenge the charge. I hope the owner is aware of how customers are being treated at this location and takes immediate action. I will not be letting this matter go unnoticed. read more

Updating my review just received a call from Natalie the director saying I am banned from all Dry Bars in OC due to me leaving this bad review and she asked me if I think she can control her staff if they call out and she said I threatened to leave a bad review I said no I did not threaten I notified them of why I was leaving a bad review she just justified me leaving this review even more... Now Danielle stepped in with a response to my review saying I was verbally aggressive towards her front desk employee when she originally apologized for the whole thing that's why in the review I even put Danielle was sweet when she asked me what she could do for me not to leave a bad review .. lol that's fine Danielle I understand you have to write something to make the company look half decent. Also they said they tried to accommodate me by offering the 1pm 2pm when I had at 8am appointment that's not accomodating when I have an important gathering at 10am that's why my appointment was made for 8:15 ...AGAIN DO NOT waste your time here.... I'm a member with Drybar, customer service is always mediocre but I just use the time to rest my eyes for the 20-25 minutes it takes to complete my hair. Today I had an appointment at 8:15 which has been scheduled since Thursday and I receive a call from Josselyn at 7:28 saying the girl that was going to do my hair just called out and they would reschedule me for 1 or 2pm. I was mind blown that people call out 30 minutes before they are supposed to be in and that this company wouldn't have some one else to come and cover. Just a waste of my time now I'm left seeing who else does blow outs on Yelp near me which surprisingly is a lot so I would recommend not booking here because even if you have something important to show up to they can cancel 30 minutes before your appointment. I've let so many issues go here like when I paid extra for a 10 minute scalp massage and it was literally 2 minutes but I'm not looking for issues since I go all the time so I just took the disrespect and now I've had it up to here so I'm done with this place. Spoke with Danielle who works with the owner and she is sweet but again the damage has been done with how I've been treated continuously here. I asked Josselyn who I was scheduled for since I always just take first available and she said "I'm not going to tell you I don't want you to slander her" I said okay well then I will just put your name Josselyn. Canceled my membership today and I promise you there are many other companies near that do blow outs go somewhere that respects your time and YOU! Nothing I dislike more than some place that wastes my time. If this doesn't show you decent employees are hard to come by I don't know what does. I understand stuff happens but have a better way of communicating that to the client and have some sympathy and just have simple Customer Service etiquette. By the way I was nice and did not talk down or use profanity in any of the calls so just know I'm always nice even when I get calls that are dry and thoughtless. Lastly Josselyn offered to change my appointment from 8:15am to 1 or 2pm but didn't mention they had a 9:45 and 10:00am and many other times so why she told me 1 or 2 when they had others closer to my original appointment she canceled rudely and abruptly. I can keep going on just don't come here. Love the way they use the word threatening I've been called allot of names in my life but not threatening... very childish response from this company but it lives up to what I've been dealing with.
