I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. They absolutely destroyed my nails, and they looked nothing like the inspiration photo I showed. I tried to trust the process and wait until the end before saying anything, but the polish was thick, clumpy, and overall looked very poorly done. When I politely asked if my nails could be fixed, the nail tech actually told me she couldn't tell what was wrong with them, even though the differences were obvious. Instead of trying to understand my concerns, I felt completely dismissed. To make matters worse, the salon owner was incredibly rude when I brought up fixing my nails. Rather than standing behind their work, they actually tried to charge me extra just to correct mistakes that never should have happened in the first place. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, and the quality of the work was unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

Highly recommend! I brought my mom in for a haircut and blowout. she was extremely happy with the results. Golnoosh did a fantastic job, and the customer service was excellent. My mom is usually very picky when it comes to her hair, so the fact that she loved both the haircut and styling says a lot! 4.5 hours at this place for what? An overpriced partial highlight and cut. The stylist (Elham) took upwards of 90 minutes to even get my hair completely foiled. Ridiculous! And now I have "the Rachel" cut gone bad which will take me FOREVER to grow out long enough for someone else to fix. Do yourself a favor and go anyplace else! Seriously, you'd spend LESS time at a beauty school and get better results! Smdh read more

OMG OMG OMG I don't think There's enough works on the world to describe the amazing work Sara does with the hair. The amount of detail love patience and work she puts into it is nothing short of a miraculous masterpiece that she has with the scissors and what's more is that her work is consistent in the many years I've gone to her (geez I think it's about 7-8 years) I refuse to go to anyone else due to her amazing work. Her recommendations are always spot on. Her technique is amazing and is up to date on current trends/styles and products. I would give her 100 stars if I could. Love this place! I go to get my lashes done here at "The Luxe Hair Salon" by my amazing lash girl Nora. So I thought I would try them out for a haircut, as my last hairdresser moved away. I have not had my hair cute in 8 months as I'm very particular about my hair and always so scared to try a new place. I'm, so glad I gave them a try. Alright ya'll, I came in here looking a hot mess! I hadn't cut my hair in 1.5 years since before my daughter was born so it was long and dingy and lifeless. Golnoosh did wonders on my hair. I had to come here and leave a review because I couldn't on Groupon. This one is for Farah Tamaddon, I purchased a Groupon deal that was $35 for a haircut. She asked if I could cancel my Groupon and give her the money instead. Okay sure, I go there and get a cut and everything then she pulls a fast one on me. She charged me regular price $65 and said she gave me a $10 discount. I bring up the Groupon she said she would honor because she made me cancel it. Then she goes on and says that she charged me double because I have thick hair whatttt??? And on top of all that my haircut isn't even. No thanks never again!!! don't buy a Groupon she will scam you. Roya is the best hairstylist I've ever been to! I've been seeing Roya for years and she's the only hair stylist I can return to multiple times because she does my hair and my families hair perfect every, single, time. My 8 yr old daughter, husband and brother all come to Roya. She can do any color, any style, any cut... she's just that talented. She gives me a blue black color per my request to have the bluest black that can be made and it's truly blue black! She doesn't skimp on product, I'm fact she's hands me products to take home.
