When I complained to her about this, she said that she was his lawyer, not mine and all she could do was pass on my comments. The only time I had hope was when I told her at one point he had paid himself $257,000, she did "talk" to him which slowed down his theft for a period but ultimately did nothing. I have complained numerous times about his actions and she did nothing. One time in an angry email I used the F bomb which she promptly scolded me like a child. Interesting though, she claims to no longer be his attorney. How is it not a conflict of interest her being his lawyer. How can she not be obligated to do something about his actions other than quitting?

I was met with the same answer of my case was not worthy of obtaining a domestic violence restraining order, that it would be a regular divorce, and that child custody would just be 50/50.
