The guy came, replaced the sprinkler head, looked at the zone that stayed on all throughout the running of the other zones and told us we'd need a new brain box and quoted us $1,000. That didn't sound right to me, so I called Ron Hall for a second opinion. Ron Hall sprinklers just left. It took all of 3 minutes for Darryl to look at my system and tell me that whoever blew out the system in the fall (Dusty's) left a valve head open. He didn't even have to replace the valve head, just closed it! $1,000 Dusty's?! For a mistake you made?! The day Dusty's was here I also asked them to raise some of the sprinkler heads but was told I'd need to make a separate appointment for that and that it'd be $100/head. Before Darryl and Brian from Ron Hall left today, they asked me what else they could do for me. We looked at the sprinkler heads I wanted raised but once Darryl fixed the valve head, my pressure was good enough that I didn't need any heads raised. Meanwhile Dusty's Sprinklers just out there in town throwing out astronomical quotes for work that doesn't need to be done. Then not doing repairs on their own failures. DO NOT USE DUSTY SPRINKLERS! After Ron Hall left, I was pissed about Dusty's coming here and charging me $150 for a quote on work that didn't need to be done and for replacing one missing sprinkler head. The receptionist was a snarky bitch and they claimed zero responsibility for their failings. Ron Hall Sprinklers, you all are phenomenal at what you do. Thank you for being skilled in your labor. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

I had them put in a 6 foot chain link fence for my children. When the project was done the fence was nothing but a danger to my children. The pointy metal edges (ties that hold the fence in place) where all exposed towards my children. When I called to have this fixed I was told it was Industry standard. I ask them to fix the problems and they told me it would cost more money for them to come out and fix the problems that I had with the fence. I didn't have a lot of budget for this project so spending more money was out of the question. Williamson fencing didn't care about the problems I had with the fence. They told me to teach my kids not climb over the fence and if they do and when they get cut up the owner said I bet they won't do that again,. So if you need a fencing company try any one else.

Do not use this business. Very unprofessional. My husband was treated horribly. Once during a job…read morefor his work and the other as a customer. When he went to their office for his work, the secretary was extremely rude to him and even cussed at him. Because he tapped her on the shoulder to get a signature. The other one was more recent. Thought we would give them a chance. He called to get a quote on a fence we are wanting replaced at our home. When he called, again the secretary was rude on the phone. Then it took 3 days for the guy to call my husband back. He made the appointment for him to come look at the fence. My husband showed up and waited 40 minutes and the guy never showed or called. This business needs to rethink about who they have answering their phones and putting in first contact with their customers. Secretary needs a sever attitude adjustment!! Sorry 2 many strikes for us. We will use someone else.
