She was very thorough and was also in constant contact with us during our vacation. One of our dogs is a picky eater and she went out of her way to try anything to make him eat. We are happy to announce that we did not come home to skin and bones this time around. Lastly, we have cameras in the house, but it was nice to get picture updates via text messages regarding whether they ate, about their walks, etc. We used to worry about our dogs when we would go on vacations, but not anymore. Compared to other pet transportation companies that replied to our inquiries with a series of form emails, he took the time to talk to us both over the phone and with direct emails to answer our specific questions, of which we had many!
