What I liked most, I liked the fact he had flavors that most places do not have. There was a matcha strawberry (what I chose), Thai tea, cheesecake; to name a few. The decor, was basic. I felt like, it was one of the places you go in and grab what you want, then skidaddle. The customer service or lack there of, was alright. He was polite and hospitable, as I was checking out; but again, not much was said. I will visit again when in the area, their yogurt is VERY good!! Side note: I will agree with some of the others when it comes to the cleanliness of the store, that part appears to be an issue, still. I got there an hour after they opened, the trash was full and some of the yogurt stations were stained from the previous day.

The toppings were neat with popping boba and mochi etc. I liked the pineapple flavor and rasp (I didn't realize I could save some time and just pull the middle lever to mix those two flavors). Then I realized that the flavors that can be mixed were ideal for mixing. Staff was friendly and they were very chill (pun intended). Fro-yo joints have not really changed in the past couple decades it seems. Menchie's is, in that…read moreway, exactly what you'd expect from a local fro-yo place. Bright pastel colors, class covers over a busy bar of toppings that never seems quite clean or quite organized. And really, how could it considering the number of people scooping from it? Menchie's has a smaller selection of flavors than other places I've visited. And on my last trip, the self-serve machines had low pressure, or were nearly empty perhaps. The yo itself here seems synthetic, like it melted a little and re-froze. Oddly, the website claims the opposite. So, some disconnect between experience and their process exists. The flavor is delicious, which is the thing I suppose. On a nice day, there's a little outdoor seating available, including a section of concrete seating along the parking lot that is shaded. a tree would make it absolutely perfect.
