My daughter's originally scheduled moving company cancelled on her and was extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent. Bernadette came to our rescue at the last minute. She was prompt in her response to our request for moving services. After texting with her after 10 p.m. in the evening, she ensured her guys showed up at my daughter's apartment the very next day to move her things into a storage unit. We were in a desperate situation and while some may have taken advantage of that, Bernadette charged my daughter a fair and very reasonable price. Very pleased with Martin's from start to finish. Scheduled the move with Bernadette over the phone. Their 3 guys and a truck showed up on schedule and packed our furniture very carefully! The guys were very polite and professional and didn't waste a minute of time. They moved us from an upstairs condo (no elevator) and into our new home just 3 miles away. Used this company to empty out my Sarasota condo into storage. They were wonderful. I had a lot of heavy items to move down 20 steps, including a piano and a fridge, and it had to be the hottest day of the year. They did a fantastic job and were done in 3 hours. I had to arrange everything from Toronto Canada over the phone before I arrived and Bernadette was very helpful. I used Martins Moving on March 2, 2025 to pack my belongings into a POD for a move to Pennsylvania. 3 young men Andrew, Tim and Dominic showed up on time. I cannot say enough how great these guys were. They were friendly, efficient and hard working. The proof of how well they packed the furniture was when the POD was unpacked at my new location.
