Just yesterday I purchased a rotisserie chicken that I have enjoyed in the past. I was so disappointed to find that the new owners are using chickens half the size they used to be. There was barely any white meat on it! I also purchased the parsley potatoes they make and found them to be hard and overcooked. So disappointed that will be my last visit there! read more

Old ice cream from their first day thy opened nasty, we spent over $30 in trash ice-cream that was way over expired date.

I went here once before just to look around. Today, my friend referred me to it as they went to the Bay Village location and told me to try the Avon one. I felt weird being the only one there, but the workers there were friendly and seemed like they cared about the customer. Out of the host of sandwiches they have, I decided to get the corned beef sandwich, and gosh, was it delicious! It was one of, if not, the best I've had. At $8.50 for that quality of a sandwich, I'm good with that. Looking forward to many more visits here. read more

Bought some stuffed cabbage and they were so good! The store had sour cream that I also bought and added to them. This place has tons of premade or made on the spot items. They have fresh baked pastries and sell mama Joe's pies. They make fresh soups daily. They have a little section to eat in but majority get it Togo. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean. Great place to grab breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. read more

I purchase rotisserie chicken here for my son out of convenience and I prefer to support local small businesses. I will no longer do this for Martin's. Was frustrated with the check out fee so they don't have to cover credit card fees. Used to be able to use debit and avoid this, but they no longer give that option. No sure this is even legal? Little tiny rotisserie chickens used to be $7.99. Heinen's has much larger and better for that price, Costco $4.99. Tonight picked one up and they are now charging $10.99. This chicken isn't much larger than a Cornish hen. Very disappointed. read more

This was a underwhelming experience. The most shocking thing was the expensive price tag on a lot of the items here. The BBQ sandwich was not great and we tried to get creative to do something with the sandwich when we got home because there was very little flavor. The soups were around $5 for a small container. I'm not sure where some of these guys went, but it wasn't the right place they reviewed. We stumbled on this place by accident when we took an alternate route to Avon and we plan to be regular customers from now on. This place is super clean, food is fresh and homemade. We each ordered a sub, made to order, and the bread was superb. The staff was super friendly too. They make you feel welcome and right at home. We had dine in at the quaint little booths and it was quiet and really enjoyable. They literally have just about everything from pre-packaged sandwiches to hot, fresh soup. There are homemade beefsticks and all sorts of snacks as well as fresh donuts and homemade cookies. The subs were about 9" and cost 5.99 with whatever you want on them. Definitely a great deal for super fresh and tasty food. (These guys will make you forget you ever heard of Subway). You can also call ahead and get curbside delivery. read more

Extremely overpriced for just about everything, and they pass off Stouffer's food as their own, although it's just frozen food repackaged. But the kicker was the thirty-five cent charge for using credit or debit, which they tell their cashiers not to mention unless a customer asks (which I know because the very nervous teenager admitted it when I asked her what it was). They have deli items (hot soups, warm foods, cold salads, cold cuts, cheeses, a mini frozen foods selection) they also have beer and wine and ice cream. 3 "corned beef" sandwiches for $40. They're each the size of a 99-cent burger at Wendy's, but I could have even looked past that if it was actually corned beef! More like ham. Shaved paper thin slices, smooth, slimy deli meat. In no way is that how brisket corned beef should be (not even sure how one achieves the removal of all muscle fiber from a brisket to create the meaty consistency of a fruit roll-up). I feel completely ripped off, and I'm still hungry, and I'm pissed I bought two of these slimy little poops for later and have to try to explain to my wife that the menu said your slimy ham was corned beef. Never again. Should have just bought 40 99-cent burgers. Worst corned beef I've ever had. read more

Y'Know...if you're going to be open on Christmas, great! If you're NOT going to be open on Christmas, that's fine too. What is NOT fine is having a sign on your building that says "Open 365 days a year" AND another sign next to your front door that says 'OPEN CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, NEW YEARS EVE, and NEW YEARS DAY. Yet when I go there on Christmas at 6pm for something BECAUSE OF YOUR SIGN looking for something for my sick wife, and finding you're closed...that's just BULL...T. This happened last year as well!! Can you say Rude? Slow? I have been here a half dozen times and today was the last. On a good note the sandwiches were OK.

The food is mostly tasty. The service is consistently poor. I frequently stop at all of their locations and have never come across a happy or kind employee. They always seem pissed off. They do nickel and dime everything down to the amount of pickles hour aloud to put on a sandwich. I'll keep going for the food but the owner should maybe try some team building or infuse some positive energy into his employees. read more

My pre-made takeout mini sub was fresh and tasted good. Giving 3 stars bc they would not give me more than 2 condiment packets and were a bit grumpy - but everyone can have an off day. Clean area to sit in and bathrooms were also clean. read more
