I reached out to them for a refund on the part, labor, or both given that most shops have a warranty on both of these things. After calling them multiple times, they finally gave me a small refund on the thermostat, nothing close to what they charged me for it. But they gave me a hard time and didn't refund me on anything else. I am extremely dissatisfied with their work and would not recommend it to anyone.

I searched on Yelp for closest auto service shop and this one popped up and had 5 star reviews so I called and David answered and actually took me in which was a relief since most places needed an appointment. He even let me walk in the work area and showed what he is doing and recommended things I will be needing to get done. Like ai said he was SUPER helpful. Usually oil/auto shops won't let you go in where they are working and don't have time to explain to you but this place does! I love that since then I know they are working on what needs to be done. I like honest shops! Highly recommend getting your auto repairs & maintenance done here!

I was having car trouble with my Ford Explorer and called Mitch's Maintenance and Repair to come take a look. He came out and quickly diagnosed that my transmission was going out. Thankfully it was still under warranty, but dealing with the warranty company was a long and frustrating process. Mitch went way above and beyond to help me through it. He stayed on top of the warranty company and was calling every day or every other day to keep the process moving and make sure everything got approved. He didn't just diagnose the problem and leave -- he actually helped make sure it got taken care of. Because of his persistence and dedication, I was able to get a new transmission and get my Explorer repaired and back on the road. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people the way Mitch does. Honest, hardworking, and reliable. I highly recommend Mitch's Maintenance and Repair.

His word is definitely NOT his bond. He quoted me a price following HIS tablet and when the job that took from March to August due to his slacking and prioritizing road calls (makes more money that way) over scheduled appointments, he kept coming up with all kinds of excuses to not finish the job and blaming me for not having the right parts ( that his replacement I hired after he abandoned the job, was able to install with ZERO issues!!) See the pics of how he left without finishing. Also he would ask you before even finishing the work to leave him a five star review for a better deal.
