I needed to have the rear bumper secured enough to get me home safely. Marty took my car into the shop immediately and not only repaired the loose bumper, took the tire off to fix the mudflap. Before sending me on my way, he checked all fluids, added oil, called the Subaru dealer in Salt Lake to get requirements for coolant, and cleaned my windows, even using a razor blade to scrape off some pine pitch. I have had a terrible experience with Medina Auto. I took my truck to Medina Auto for $4000 of…read morerepairs, and within 6 months two of the parts that they replaced, the thermostat and the water pump, have been faulty and broken. I reached out to them for a refund on the part, labor, or both given that most shops have a warranty on both of these things. After calling them multiple times, they finally gave me a small refund on the thermostat, nothing close to what they charged me for it. But they gave me a hard time and didn't refund me on anything else. I am extremely dissatisfied with their work and would not recommend it to anyone.
