Six is the charm plus a few phone calls! That is how many times I had to come and try to get, I repeate try to get my dry cleaning. They were supposedly open for five of those times, per "updated" sign in the window. For awhile, my cleaning was lost and then found at another store. "" No " I am sorry" was ever mentioned! COVID was the excuse. But if you want to have a business, with repeate customers, COVID can't be the catch all term. And COVID is not an excuse for all the rude behavior. Absolute horrible dry cleaner! THE WORST! I dropped off an Azazie dress on Monday (10/26/20) at 5:18pm. Azazie is very popular across the country for their bridesmaid dresses. When I got into the store, it just smelled so bad and looked incredibly disorganized. I should have turned around right then. There were birds chirping, garbage bags full of clothes in front of the counters and not even my mask could help me with the stink of the place. I was given a slip to pick it up the next day on Tuesday (10/27/20) at 4:30pm. I went to the store on Wednesday (10/28/20) instead and was told that it wasn't ready due to a stain and that it'd be ready by the following day on Thursday (10/29/20) at noon. I was very upset that they did not call me to let me know. I asked if they could call me when it was done because I was not going to drive over there again only for it not to be ready, which they replied yes. I never received a call so on Friday (10/30/20), I called and asked them if it was ready and they said yes. My husband went to go pick it up and I receive call from him. They were wanting to talk to me. The dress was ruined. They blamed it on the bra cups being of poor quality and bunching up. They said they wouldn't charge me for the alterations to fix, but that I'd need to purchase the bra cups. I was furious. How could a major bridesmaid dress company have dresses that are ruined once dry cleaned? I truly felt they messed it up and I believe it now that I received my dress! Last week, I never received a call. Today (11/9/20), I called to ask if it was ready because I was not going to drive there to try to pick it up for a 3rd time. The lady reassured me it was ready and mentioned something about the cups being glued and didn't sound promising that the dress would look like new. When I got there, I glanced at the dress and felt the cups where there were some ripples. I paid my $27 and left. I wanted to be done with this nightmare. Got home to find that it is ruined and I'll never be able to wear it again. There are ripples on the entire top. Not just the front, but the back. Their reasoning of it being the bra cups fault was wrong. They hung the dress by the actual straps and safety pins, which caused damage to them. They didn't even use the hanging straps. Then I noticed they broke one of the actual straps as the adjustable piece was different on each strap. The dress smells terrible. The zipper is extremely difficult. There was even wet glue on the paper body piece! They actually glued the bra cups in the dress! What in the world!? I had to throw it in the garbage. An $80 dress worn once and an extra $27 to destroy it. This company and store should be ashamed. Not taking ownership for completely ruining a first time customer's dress. Unbelievable! NO ONE should give them their business. I don't know how this store has higher than a 1 star rating. read more

I took a $260 blazer to them for dry cleaning. It had been dry cleaned once before without incident. They completely destroyed the sleeves. When I confronted them, they refused to accept responsibility for their negligence or compensate me for my loss. The manager did not seem to care at all. She had no sense of ownership. well i had a couple of leather sweaters cleaned here before they were reasonable in price and time so i returned with my perfect leather full length duster they had me sign a damage waiver when i went to wear it i notice several buttons were missing and some of the leather was pitted so to speak and even the liner was missing ive had this coat dry cleaned before in a milwaukee martinizing place before without incident i wouldnt recommend going here if you value your clothes read more

Said they would clean and press a peacoat but did nothing. There was hair on the coat and the wool looked worn with wrinkles. The coat was ruined. When I complained they offered to clean it but no guarantee it wouldn't be worse and no refund. I would never take anything there. read more

I have used them before with decent accounts but this last time dropped off a suit coat and a beautiful red wool coat that needed stitching repaired on the seam. I dropped it off at beginning of December and went to pick up early January. They told me the repair would take a week or so, so did not rush to get it. When i went to pick it up they had my suit coat but told me they donated my wool jacket since I left it there for a month. They said they will donate all winter coats if not picked up in a month. I asked why no one called to let me know and they said they would have done that. I told them they didn't and they said I was wrong. I never got a call and they told me they would have the manager call me and she has yet to call me or return my messages. They state their donation policy is on the back of the receipt which it is not. I will continue to try and reach them and they will do something about this. I brought a $300 shirt to have dry cleaned for the first time. When I got it back, there was a 4 cm hole burned straight through where the top button had been. The owner had just come back from a trip to India, and her brother drives a pristine BMW. Yet the owner took no responsibility, refused to reimburse me for the destroyed shirt, and told me I could file a small claim. It's unfortunate that it happened, but even more unfortunate their response. read more

Don't go here!! They ruined my wedding dress!! The beads were ripped off and the fabric was torn! I regret trusting them with my dress.

I have gone to this dry cleaner for years. The past few months I have received awful customer service. When I spoke with an employee regarding the lack of customer service, I was told it was the new owner! I would recommend to look anywhere else but this local business. They do NOT like people and are extremely rude. read more
