My family including myself have been coming to this business for over 20 years and today will be my last time going there for service. My mother went to get her taxes done over the weekend and she asked them for an estimate for me her son. They gave her an estimate of $50-60 for the short form. I drove from my house which is 50 minutes away to get my taxes done with Mr. Lopez. when I got there, I told them about the estimate and right away they did not want to honor it. The son kept talking over me and kept saying they charge $80. When I tried to state my case, the son would talk over me and when I tried to explain to Mr. Lopez he walked away as i was talking to him. The son also said I was making this up about the estimate. They would not hear me out so I left. My mother calls back to see what happened and why they did not honor the quote they gave her. The son tells her I was rude (which I was not. I was being very patient and waited nearly 30 minuets). Somehow, they forgot to mention how rude they were and how they were being unprofessional. talking over a customer and not letting him explain the situation. Now me and my family will get our taxes done elsewhere,

We book our appointments online and are given an option of a face to face or an online appt. We always prefer face to face with her because you feel like a member of the family and enjoy seeing her. During off season, the office is still open and she is easy to get a hold of by email or phone. Office is right off the 10 frwy at Indian Hill and there is plenty of parking and restaurants near by.
