They did a great job on my Mazda. A jiffy lube place said my brake fluid was low. Tire discounters…read morechecked my brakes, fluid, pads and said there were no issues and charged me zero. I did have to make an appointment for the next day after stopping by to discuss my brake "issue." My husband followed me over there for the 0830 appointment to drop the car off and at around 1030 they called to say they were done and there was zero charge. Thanks Tire Discounters, because I fully expected you to drain and replace my brake fluid and replace my brake pads. My car only has 40k miles. An easy 5 stars!

I came in Tuesday to get the oil changed on my son's truck. The person at the counter asked if I…read morehad an appointment and I said no. He said it would be a few hours before they could get it in so I said id just make an appointment. He said that would be better because they "prioritize" appointments over walk in. (No kidding capt obvious). So I made it for 8am on Saturday. My son was there at 7:42 waiting. At 8:00 he handed the keys over and was told it would take "30 minutes". 1.5 hrs later the truck is STILL in the parking area. I went down there and asked why the appointment isnt being prioritized as promised. He said "we're backed up still working on 5 cars from yesterday". I suggested that when they have those issues that they notify their appointment customers and ask to adjust their appointments as a professional courtesy. All I got was "im sorry but". I understand being backed up but making excuses for disregarding their customers time is bad business. Worse off, they told my son it would only take 30 mins KNOWING they had 5 cars in front of him eventhough we had an appointment and I was ASSURED that if we made said appointment his truck would be 1st in line. All I expect is for a business to do what they say theyre going to do. Then the manager wanted to bring up that the he had given me free oil changes, yes, thats true and I appreciate it BUT it was because they charged me $436 for LUGNUTS 2 weeks prior without calling me to approve the cost AS THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD BEFORE PERFORMING THE WORK. Im a very understanding person but this kind of thing is unprofessional and EASILY avoidable with a very little effort and foresight. they FINALLY finished the oil change and it took a total of 2.5 hrs. For an OIL CHANGE!

Pep Boys - Nail that I removed after Pep Boys sent the tire back "repaired."

How on earth do you give this place stellar reviews? My son has purchased a full set of tires from…read morethese folks. He had a tire that seemed to have a leak and he took the tire off and brought it to them along with a bad tire that he wanted to replace. They charged him $20 for the repair. He brought it back home in my trunk. Their shop to my trun to my driveway. No possibility of a hazard. I met my son in the driveway to help him put everything back together. He felt accomplished. Luckily, I caught a glimpse of something metallic as we rolled the repaired tire to his car. Looking closer I knew it was a nail. I immediately tried to call Pep Boys, but they didn't answer three minutes until closing. I understand. We needed the car back in service. Time to invoke the spirit of the previous generation and share it with the next. I sent my son to the Auto Parts store for a repair kit and I taught him how to do it himself when people with the tools let you down or when you only have $10 and not $20. I figured Pep Boys would make things right the next day because they are a reputable business, right? WRONG. My son took the video I shot to them the next day (Highlight pictures from That video are attached for your pleasure),. He also brought his receipt for the tire repair kit, and his receipt where they charged him $20 for the repair...and they told him to go fly a kite. They took advantage of a 17 year old kid, folks. They had the gall to try to challenge their customer's integrity!! These folks aren't worth one star, but that's the lowest I can give them. Don't do business with unethical people like this. I will pay more somewhere else every time for a company that respects me and my issue as their customer.

Was told car needed wheel bearings on all 4, brakes and tires (which I knew and was planning to purchase). Was told by several people, it was unusual for all 4 bearings to be bad. Went to a legit business near my work. Only 1 bearings needed replaced, brakes are fine and I am purchasing tires from them. I of course won't be back and will have my alignments done elsewhere as I'm not sure they know what they are doing.
