By my early forties, my career really took off: more work and stress, less time for exercise and diet. By my early fifties, I was rushed to the emergency room with sever chest pains. My physician had one directive: get rid of that weight and reduce that stress. I also had a history of low-back pain that was preventing me from doing some activities. That's how I met Martin.
My friend, who I've watched during his own physical metamorphosis, recommended I meet Martin. He advised me to contact him only if I were serious because Martin takes a very personal interest in every one of his clients. At our first meeting we not only discussed goals and strategies but also took body measurements and posture assessments, analyzed diet and nutrition to develop a successful and enjoyable program. I also learned how interesting, educational and fun working with Martin would be.
OK! Fast forward. I've dropped 20 pounds, gotten calmer (145 cholesterol) and really feel I now have the energy to tackle every day, head-on. And by the way, I'm looking pretty good, too. My low-back pain is gone due to the strengthening and core exercises Martin taught me. I wouldn't miss a session with Martin for anything. Always something new; always right there to guide and support you. This has been
the greatest gift I've ever given myself.
Thanks Martin!
