Contracted this company to do an add on mother in law sweet; was told one month turn around…read more Project began March 23rd; we are 8 weeks out past that point now and the job is not completed. He did not pull the building permits; and did not get structural, plumbing, or electrical inspections done. Mistakes have been made; that still are not right. There have been several excuses; says he will show up and does not. After him admitting that he cannot handle the job (at about 85-90% complete); he offered a $7k refund on a $90k project. That was more than a week ago. He took money from a 95 year old woman...and failed to deliver the job he promised; or the partial "refund" to make it right and get someone else to do the job. And the offer was made almost two weeks ago now; no communication. We've been more than patient with this man; and are all for supporting small companies. Sadly with this one....if I could leave no stars that would be my choice. 120% DO NOT recommend doing business with Lloyd or his company.
