We had a drain clogged and called the company that worked on our AC because they said they do plumbing too! Disaster!! No overtime, No weekends, not enough plumbing staff! After waiting 3 days we still had a clogged drain. We had to find help and we'd been given Dave Riley's name from several friends. We called Dave - 8pm Friday NIGHT! He said he had a pretty full schedule Saturday, but he would fit us in!!. As promised- Dave showed up Saturday afternoon and he didn't screw around. He brought in his Snake / Auger machine and had the drain clean-out opened and the snake running in just mins. He was all done with the drains and toilets running ok. Dave was on his way in less than 20 mins. After waiting around on this other "big" company for 3 days and Dave got the job done in 20 mins! Dave also has ONE REASONABLE PRICE - No emergency rates and No weekend rates. Just a fair price for a job well done! When the other company was screwing around we called several friends for suggestions. We were surprised Dave Riley was the ONLY name mentioned and they all had nothing but praise for Dave and he has about 40-50 years experience m. She was able to give guidance and preferences but she said they were great independently. They did the job efficiently. I got the oven cleaned and I did visit a few days after and it looked like a brand new oven. I also could tell for the rest of the cleaning like the bathrooms, hardwood floors that they did an excellent job. This was the third company I tried and it really was the charm!

They've always been responsive to either emails or phone calls. The great thing is the the notifications, leading up to the cleaning. I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite. They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment... no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done.
