The crew on the job was courteous, took the time to answer my questions and worked with me. We had a small bridge replaced on our driveway and crossing the bridge is the only way up to our house. He came to our house to give an estimate but since I wasn't there and my husband was. He was very rude to my daughter when he could have looked at the foundation since "MY" husband was there. He told my daughter that since I was the one that made the phone call that I needed to be there. He left. I will never recommend this company to anyone due to bad customer service experience both on the phone and in person. So tell me why would I need to be there if my husband was there for the rep to look at the foundation?
