During cleaning I had to continually point out to the workers where they had missed dirt on the windows. I believed my windows were clean but when the sun moved to the other side of the house I noticed more streaks and unclean windows. (See pictures) I emailed K&T with photos. They did not address the unclean windows and told me I had inspected work and signed the customer satisfaction form. I asked to have the dirty windows recleaned but never heard back.

He showed up on time which is always a nice perk. He looked at the work to be done, and within 20 minutes, gave me a fair estimate. He said he had to pick up a helper and would be back in two hours. He did come back in two hours, but he didn't have a helper and proceeded to do the work on his own. He did a fabulous job, real quality workmanship. He went above and beyond. Our patios and sidewalks and driveway have never looked cleaner! I would recommend Jo to everyone I know. I took a stack of his cards so I can spread them around the neighborhood. Allphase threw our sump pump thrown on the side of our yard and we didn't know and it flooded again . That week came and went they said another week .. we waited . Nothing . Then they just didn't even bother to reply email, text, call . If you decide you can't do it or just don't "want" To do it at least say that .
