At one recent hospital visit, Dr. Bianchi burst through my door with a smile and a warm bedside manner with an eagerness to help. From then on, each and every day of my hospital stay, she was there to explain in great detail what was going on and what she planned on doing to help me. She is amazing. She is kind. She is willing to sit with you as long as you need. She's willing to get her hands dirty (not literally, she wears gloves) and get in there to solve your problems. But the communication is absolutely awful. They have a 3rd party out of the country answering service connected to their phone lines. So any advice nurse or communication that needs to be done with doctors is impossible. There is no online portal, only this awful phone line. So if I have a question about medication or anything I have to ask someone and have been given medical advice from someone who is in India and is doing everything they can to avoid transferring my information directly to the office.
