I was told by a rude receptionist that "her panel is closed." I did not know what she meant & proceeded to give her my medical information. She then YELLS... HER PANEL IS CLOSED! I apologized for not understanding office jargon & she told me that the Doctor was not accepting anymore new patients. Well if someone had posted that to your website (the one that states: ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS) I would have chosen a different doctor. While I'm sure the doctor is unaware of the situation, that's no excuse for rude customer/patient service. Good help, while not easy to find, is certainly not impossible.

And again, another awesome experience! The wait wasn't long either! The Dr. made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I had to say, and acknowledged it. Which I really appreciate! Would you lose some kickbacks from the big pharma team if you suggested healthy foods and supplements that NATURALLY assist with her conditions? What she has been told to consume is absolutely asinine. I will not go into specifics because I don't want her to have any trouble over it, but something needed to be said. Prescription pills have their place, but when a healthy lifestyle change, natural supplements, and being mindful about what you eat (definitely not the foods you suggested) can possibly fix the issue, have a conversation with the patient! I should have known I was going to have another problem with this office after my very first visit,…read morewhen I waited well over an hour past my appointment time just to be seen. Unfortunately, my most recent experience proved that this office clearly has no idea what is going on. I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment at the Ormond Beach location, only to be told after checking in that my appointment was actually in Orange City. This was after three days of trying to reach someone to confirm the location -- and being told by their voicemail not to leave more than one message. No one ever called me back. When I finally reached someone after leaving the Ormond office, she said she would contact Orange City and call me right back. That call never came either. I drove to the second location on my own, only to be told I could not be seen and would need to make yet another appointment. By then, I had wasted half my day, two unnecessary trips, and my own gas because of their complete lack of communication and coordination. No patient should have to deal with this level of disorganization. My time has value, and I fully expect the doctor to pay the invoice I submitted for the time, mileage, and inconvenience caused by their repeated mistakes. This office needs serious internal fixes before more patients are affected. I really feel for the other patients that left poor reviews

But regarding making contact with the Orange City office is impossible. Calls go directly to the Ormond office. To make contact in any way with the Orange City office will made by leaving a message that won't be returned. If you need a refill on meds, its like pulling teeth. This office will forward a message to that office who never follows up. Not good for someone who needs Seizure meds. If they were organized and had better communication between the 2 locations, they would be a 5 star review from me.
