Great home furnishing store that carries unique pieces from Southeast Asia. They also have many…read moreother furnitures and art pieces from other artists around the country or other part of the world. Every time we visit, we rarely get away from not buying something there. From a beautiful round rustic teak dining table to unique mid century leather chairs, they just fit, look, and feel perfectly in our home. Some of these pieces were huge but they have a great/reasonable shipping service that drives and delivers weekly in Southern Cali. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Run as far as you can from this place. Ordered a sectional from Arhaus. Waited 6 months for…read moredelivery. First Delivery attempt. They never showed at the scheduled time. Second delivery attempt "white glove delivery" tried delivering the sectional incomplete with the wrong parts so we refused the deliver. Third delivery attempt. Sectional showed up damaged. Decided that we didn't want to wait another 6 months for a replacement sofa, so we canceled the order. We are still dealing with them trying to get a delivery fee. Run, run as fast as you can from this company. Customer service is horrible. Wife has made probably a dozen phone calls to get this all straightened out. Still no luck. Reporting them to the BBB. May have to get lawyers involved to get this taken care of. This is my reply to Arhaus's reply. My wife has talked to multiple people through the company and has never been able to get this resolved. We have been told the problem has been taken care of multiples times. The last time my wife talked to Arhaus was on 1/16/22 and was told the delivery fee would be waived. They have now sent us to collations for $250 delivery fee for something we never received. We have now contacted the Better Business Bureau to get this resolved. Anyone looking at purchasing anything from Arhaus should check the complaints on the BBB website. This company's customer service is horrible.

I bought a pair of picture frames there before with no issue. However, this time I wanted a pair of leather easy chairs with an ottoman. Although my order arrived in 6 weeks as promised - one chair was broken and the ottoman was the wrong size. They didn't check either before delivering them to me or they would have noticed. How careless! Who does that? They do not have prompt communication with the owner and emails and phone calls are not dealt with promptly. It's "we will leave a message for the owner" type of thing - and then you hear nothing back. Questions about when a piece will be delivered are met with vague answers like "we'll let you know". A month and more later past the original delivery date - they returned one of the chairs - still broken - and tried to pretend it had been fixed and was fine. It was not fixed, not fine - and they took it back. No sincere apologies offered, just indifference. Waited weeks again, chair finally delivered working properly. Ottoman I requested to be resized finally arrived after the chair. No apologies for the original ottoman being the wrong size, or for how I was inconvenienced with nowhere to sit for several months. I like the things in their shop but I will never shop there again. Wouldn't recommend them for the above reasons. It's just not worth it.
