Still without the words to express my gratitude in full... Wayne is a HERO. This is no joke. My…read moreexecutive staff is still in SHOCK that "I" was able to pull off our event without a hitch, in spite of what happened before I met Wayne. So we had 2 weeks to pull together a Corporate Celebration for our 1st Customer Shipment. I looked online for some Champagne glasses we could give as take-aways at our event. Found a website that seemed pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. They boasted their customer service and turn around time. I used their live chat feature to make my order and then once completed and email confirmation received - I called the company to again verify that everything was done correctly on my end and the order is on schedule. "All set" they assured me! So, I continued with my event planning feeling confident that those glasses with our Logo on them would really MAKE THE EVENT a success. But no. Less than 48 hours before my event I get a call from the company. A casual call letting me know that they had accidentally overcharged me and "oh, BTW I dont think we will be able to get your glasses there before Thursday" yah... Thursday was the day of our EVENT!!!!!!??? (Pause for total mental breakdown) This is when for some crazy reason I remembered how I always loved the glasses at the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival. Made me think... Hmm, I wonder what vendor THEY use for their festival glasses? I bet they are local. So I called the Mtn Vw chamber of Commerce! VOILA! Within 5 minutes they referred me to Morgan Advertising! "Call Wayne! He will take care of you , I promise" Well... With a promise like that??... I went for it! Wayne was VERY professional and knowledgable about his product quality and vendor turn around. He assured me that he would be able to deliver on time without a hitch. I had to make a compromise on the style of glasses I had wanted originally, but in the end we got BETTER quality glasses for $150 less than the online company that failed! I couldn't believe it! I am so impressed. seriously - IMPRESSED Wayne not only worked on my logo immediately, but sent me a proof to review before production. The online company couldnt even do that with 2 weeks lead time! I am just in awe of the service I received with Morgan Advertising. When Wayne dropped off the glasses to my office (That's right!!! He delivered them himself!!!) my co-workers were watching me talk to him outside. They were all gathered at the window to see if they could catch a glimpse of the glasses. and they were also taking bets to see if I HUGGED HIM. haha When I got back in and they told me they had been putting bets on a hug - I smiled and said "OH MY GOD I TOTALLY WANTED TO!!! I WANTED TO HUG HIM! HE IS AWESOME!" He really is. My CEO gave me a high five for solving this crisis in record time. But you know what? I could NEVER have been successful had I not found Wayne at Morgan Advertising. I am ever grateful and I will be showing it by referring my little heart out and making up any excuses I can to order more personalized items to give to our employees! Call him today to discuss the magic he can work for YOU & yours!

Wayne consulted us on changing our promotional pens. Boy am I glad we changed them. The old pens…read moredidn't last nearly as long and he stressed the importance of spending a little more to put a better company image. I received compliments on our pens and some of our vendors and customers ask for more when I visit. Getting your name out there effectively is important. So when we decided to change our uniforms, I called Wayne who was patient with me as I pondered on which shirts we were going to use, the design etc. He had great suggestions which we implemented on the shirts. The shirts look great and all of the empolyees are wearing them (event the ones that don't have too!). He also helped me develop some hoodies for the cold weather and for a Christmas gift idea for my empolyees. They did not arrive on time as expected for our Christmas dinner and he explained that he had to re-do the threading because the font I choose did not fill in properly. I really appreciate the fact that he did that because our employees are wearing their new sherpa sweaters on an almost daily basis. I'm wearing mine right now and I LOVE IT!
