Online Store hours say they are open until 9pm Monday-Thursday... apparently they close at 7pm. Drove over 30mins after work just to come to this store and the employee told me they were closing when I walked in so I couldn't shop. How is anyone supposed to shop here when the store is closed on Sundays then closes at 7pm weekdays and 8pm weekends... update your hours so someone else doesn't waste their gas and time driving to this store. read more

This business is still consistent with their store; meaning, it is clean, a lot of options, and certainly a good value. Sometimes, they will have BOGO boot sales for women. Perhaps, the only issue, is the amount of thievery from customers. If you plan on stealing from this business, get ready to have your photo taken, as there are plenty of cameras in the store. .....A pretty good selection of returns and floor model shoes, some of them higher-end brands. They're priced at about 50% of new retail. Yesterday, I found several pair of comfy sandals. They still had store tags on them, but had obviously been worn. These sandals were priced at new retail, and not included in the current brand sale at Marti and Liz. I'm not sure why anyone would pay retail for a pair of used sandals. Zappos will be delivering a new pair tomorrow, for exactly the same price. Otherwise, I'll be back. read more

I've been here once before buying anything to see if they had anything worth while. I was on the hunt for either winter boots or a new pair of running shoes. The first time I went in right away I saw they had some North Face boots and trail running shoes. They also had some Merrill's and of course Salomon. Not just trail running shoes but hiking boots as well. I was definitely surprised. I came back today and was looking for the North Face running shoes but alas they were gone. What I did find was a brand new pair of Salomon XA Comp 7's for 39.99. I decided right away to grab them. Up to the register I went to find out they don't take Amex. I ran to the closest ATM and got cash. Came back and the lady at the register said you got a great deal. I said I know! The store is very nice and the clothing looks great. I've spent a lot of money here over the years. I bought a pair of OC tennis shoes... they were pretty dirty to begin with but the price was okay so I got them. The girl who rang me up told me I could return them for a refund if it was within 7 days! I was surprised because it's usually just in-store credit so I remember saying "oh, that's new" and she confirmed. I wore them around the house for a bit and decided they weren't very comfortable so I brought them back (a week from the day I got them) with the receipt. The owner was incredibly rude and accused me several times of wearing them outside. I told him they were pretty dirty when I got them and he said "No, we wipe them off." That's when the poor girl working there leaned over to him and said "the person who rung her up made a note on the receipt that the bottoms were really dirty." He then blamed it on the fact that the tag on the inside was torn. He then said "We don't give refunds." I told him the clerk who checked me out told me I had 7 days to return them and he said "Well that's not actually a thing" If he had just been honest and told me he wasn't going to take them back that would have been totally fine, but don't accuse me of lying then lie directly to my face multiple times. I'm super disappointed but not at all surprised given the "vibe" I've always gotten when I've gone in there. Maybe I'll show up on his creepy "Wall of Shame." Agree with the other reviews that point out the mask non compliance. I was shocked to see employees waiting on customers without masks.

They have good deals on pricey shoes if you don't mind gently worn returns. BUT there is no compliance with Covid safety protocols at all. No employees wearing masks, no signs encouraging mask wearing (although they do take the time to display accused shoplifters on the front door). I don't recommend it until a safe vaccine is available. read more

Edit: I stopped by on my lunch break today and was horrified to see a sign in the door proudly stating "Masks NOT Required!". I see from other reviews that this store feels entitled to ignore worldwide health and safety guidelines. To make matters worse, they are still blasting terrible "Christian" rock music while hypocritically encouraging people to put others at risk. I would think a used shoe store would have at least a basic understanding of hygiene. There is nothing Christian about this store and I will no longer be shopping there. read more

I love this store! They have the cutest clothes and the best priced shoes around!

The shoes themselves are good and I appreciate that they have bigger sizes, however there is ZERO compliance with Covid-19 protocols, the employees were not wearing masks and no multiple customers came in without them and were not asked to put them on. The general atmosphere was in the store is also terrible, they have a "wall of shame" on the front door with immature and passive aggressive things written about the pictured shoplifters. When I first went into the store there were no employees in the front and I could hear them hanging out in the back, no one came out for at least 15 minutes while I was looking around. They also do not keep their politics out of their business as they sell Trump masks at the front but no other political figures. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because of all of this. read more

One thing to note, although the prices are great, many of the shoes have obvious signs of being worn before. Returns, maybe, but I found a lot of them with mud stuck in crevices. What is unclear is how used are these used shoes? This is not at all pointed out in the store. read more

I was skeptical. Mom wanted to check it out and I thought it was going to be a bunch of weird, trendy, off size shoes nobody wanted. NOT!! Great selection, good sizes, awesome brands, and best of all: amazing prices!! Mom got a really nice pair of Gianni Bini leather knee high boots for $39.99. I was looking for the "perfect" black pump with a decent heel and scored TWO pairs of Clark 3" heel pumps, super comfy, each @ $29.99. Online couldn't touch a pair of these similar Clarks for less than $60-80 each ! The two girls who helped me were really nice and knew their store and found me just what I was looking for.
