Although, as I say, I normally seek out deep tissue work, we agreed that a combination of the various modalities she's trained in would be the best approach for my symptoms. I lay down on her memory foam topped table with super lush bedding (wow - so incredibly comfortable!!) and was treated to aromatherapy, hot stones (ok - I get what the hype's all about now!), deep tissue, stretching, accupressure, and even some education about what all she was doing and why.
