Instead I got: Salesperson "Uh, did you need something?" Me: "Yeah I was looking for some lipstick" Salesperson "Do you know what you want or are you still looking or....?" *Throws up hands in expasarated gesture* Me: I want this one. And I'd also like to look at some lip glosses. Salesperson: Well lipgloss doesn't go with that lipstick. Me: Ok.....I'll just take the lipstick then. She proceeds to stomp over to the counter and tell me my total. I ask about the price of some other product and she told me, but didn't ask if I wanted it. I call the next day and of course they had their phones off stating no one was available. I then drove down there AGAIN spoke with another associate who advised me she would call the repair place the next morning and call and give me an estimate. She was the ONLY ONE who kept her word. BY THEN WE ARE NOW ON WEEK THREE. She calls and advised the repair place stated to repair my necklace it would cost $125 for the repair And cleaning and stated my necklace had a bend in it which was a Lie because I just got the necklace. so I said i just want my necklace fix so I agree to the repair cost.
