The nice cashier kid tried to help me but he needed the manager. He was also busy ringing up people. He really tried to get the manager's attention and the manager said he had to help the delivery. I waited 15 minutes and the manager never attended to me.It would have taken a total of one minute probably. He was more concerned about the delivery coming in. In my opinion the customer comes first. The delivery man delivering soda could have waited a minute. The manager totally ignored me. I guess the soda delivery was more important. The young man who was the cashier was very kind and tried his best to help me. Don't think I will be going back there again.

The shelves are stocked, the floor is clear and clean, the line (especially on a Saturday afternoon) moves quickly. This location has consistently been one of my favs to shop for picture frames - double sided aisle and color coded.. it's like walking through a rainbow some days. The seasonal decor, right by the entrance is always stocked - whether planters in the spring/summer, ghosts and pumpkins in the fall, or baubles and felts garlands in the winter. And if you're ever in need of a white dish for a dinner party they allllways seem to have a aisle full of white dishes. Lately there are plenty of shopping carts hanging about, which is nice. Parking is still a disaster, but that's not necessarily HG's fault... still recommend shopping earlier in the day or parking closer to Stop & Shop.

Bottom floor has both men's and women's summer and winter clothing, vinyls, games, accessories, water bottles, hats, perfumes and decorative items. The fitting rooms and sale section are on this floor too. The checkout counter on this floor is bigger. We went to the store during black Friday, as they were having up to 40% sale storewide. The apparels had plenty of sizes available. We eventually bought two items from here. The staff members at the fitting room and register were friendly and helpful.

I tried everything on then took pictures of what I liked and decided to go support a store's sales with better customer service -- American Dream Mall. Their prices are pretty high, but I've been content with the quality of clothes that last more than a year or a few washes. Nowadays a lot of clothes only lasts a few washes before it starts pilling, stretching, shrinking or discoloring- I've had good experiences with Torrid's clothing. Although high in price, sales are great.
