The only reason I didnt give them 4 stars is they are a bit slow in responding to enquiries.

I have recently moved to my forever home in Newbiggin by the Sea and from my first viewing of the property, through to purchase negotiations, completion and everything in between the team have been amazing They were always there to support me along the way, liaising with solicitors and the Vendor to ensure everything was progressing in a timely manner. I can't thank them enough!

Shop nicely laid out and a great website for company to view all houses available through them. From my experience a better service then competition in the town. Houses same to be price well by this company both not undervalued but especially not overvalued to look like getting discount if put in lower offer as per some others. Rook Matthews Sayer now have offices all over the north east and their website offers a search for all of their locations.

Everyday there was work being carried out on our roof regardless of the temperature or weather conditions (and even babies being born) and they kept us in the loop at at every stage (they had taken on the job after a previous roofer had ripped us off and left us open to the elements) I have never come across a more polite, hardworking and contentious firm. Highly recommended by us and will continue to sing there praises to anyone needing roofing work

I was even enough of a pest to require access to some of my stuff whilst it was in storage and this was no bother for them. They turned up when they said they would, even calling to let me know when they were close. The boss (Brian) even called me whilst they were uplifting my stuff to make sure everything was going okay. Fast, friendly and professional - that's what you want from a removal company and that's what I got. Nothing was too much bother and I was amazed by how quickly they got the job done. My family business included a removal firm, so I've had quite a lot of experience of removals and I'm quite grudging with praise of others, but Brian and Sons made me feel slightly embarrassed about the performance of my guys back in the day. I recently had to supervise the moving-in end of a removal down in Mayfair, London that cost six figures(!) and they weren't as good as Brian and Sons.
