Lowville post office is a joke! First, I and many of my neighbors have made many complaints in the…read more4 years I've lived here about them leaving packages on top of the mailboxes regardless of the weather. Not only can things get ruined by rain, snw, slush, but they can fall into the road and get ran.over or someone driving by can steal them. For the second time I am missing packages that say they were both delivered today. I call and am told if I have time I will look in to it. They need to hire people who actually know how to and want to work. If I don't have my packages which they lied and said were delivered by the end of the day, they are reimbursing me.
