This one is in a newer building vs. others being in very old buildings. And if you can't find something in the other Department stores you may very well find it here. I didn't do any shopping on this visit (which means I had no employee interaction), I was just checking out the place and killing time before meeting with family for lunch. I do plan on returning when I'm feeling spontaneous and want to find something I can't anywhere else.

You come to Ross to find great deal, these deals are usually cheaper than Marshall's and TJ Maxx. They also are somewhat limited to the brands they carry and the variety of sizes. I have bought shoes, bathroom decor, kids clothes and dresses. Be careful with clearance clothes, make sure items are not stained or damaged. If You are willing to dig for a gem, you may find one. This Ross store is way better than other Ross stores. This one does not have clothes in the floor and items just pitched everywhere. They also sell luggage and jewelry too. Great to save on men's and kids underwear and socks. Shoes are limited but usually name brand every once in a while. Value over experience.

One of my first jobs was to work for Walmart in Hillview. I have never been a fancy High flying person that needs to buy everything from Macy's or somewhere fancy. I think this place has good deals and they have a nice clean building. I highly recommend going here and will be returning for sure. They have a wide variety of hot sauces and condiments from other countries that I would recommend trying out when you are there.

Kay Jewelers Watch Battery Scam A year or two ago I bought…read morea lifetime watch battery replacement plan for my Seiko watch from Kay Jewelers in Simpsonville for $20. My watch battery is dying so I drove 30 mins to Simpsonville on 6/5/26 to get a replacement. I get there at 9:15 but they did not open until 10am so I waited the 45 mins. I asked for a battery replacement and I was told that the former manager had left the company and had taken the battery tool with her. That was a while ago but they never ordered a new tool. Crap! But they said that the plan was good at any Kay Jewelers. So I drove another 30 mins to the Oxmoor location but they did not open until 11am. So I waited another 30 mins for them to open. When they opened, I was told they did not have a tool nor anybody trained to change batteries. They said I could go to the St, Mathews Mall location because they had somebody who could change a battery. Crap! So off to the next location and guess what, they did not have the tool either. This is not a magical tool, It's a Seiko watch and it's available on Amazon. I asked for a refund of my $20 and of course they would not that. Kay Jewelers is a big name, they have the funds to buy TV ads, surely they can afford to buy the tools for their stores! Sounds like poor management and an unwillingness to make good of the battery replacement plan I purchased. Bottom line, I want my $20 back, Else it's theft by deception. Greg Harrison

She wanted the cut ring to be repaired AND joined to the other ring (engagement right to wedding ring). When we went back to pick them up, my wife was unhappy with the craftsman chip used. The combined ring's band was narrower than the 2nd ring we brought to be joined. We were also dissatisfied with the service we received while making arrangements to return them for repairs. We stopped by to pick them up today for the second time. My wife was satisfied with the craftsmanship of the requested repair. We were also pleased with the service this trip. This review is actually a follow-up on one I submitted after my first trip.
