Major win! I needed and bought a robe (95% cotton) in this gorgeous "Sweet Wildflowers" pattern. Perfect to blow dry my hair and do my makeup in before I go to work. Very light and summery. The perfect summer robe at a deeply discounted price. I also bought a beach towel in the 'Floral Palm" print. Deeply discounted again. Finally, I bought a deeply discounted hipster bag in the Steel Blue Medallion print. Don't need it but I love it. An impulse buy. Looks like Spanish tile.

Today, everything was 70 percent off, even off clearance. Jewelry was 80 percent off. And the shelves were full. Vera Bradley is an Indiana based company that has been making fabric bags and accessories for over 3 decades. They are based in Fort Wayne and do a lot of community outreach to support women. That is why I support plus I like the bags. Today, shoppers were stocking up on the big blankets marked down to $20. Husbands frantically sent photos home to pick out the perfect pattern for mom. Yes, Christmas was in the air. They will open 6 pm on Thanksgiving Day to kick off Black Friday sales. Last year there were surprise giveaways. Don't want to miss the fun. And pick up a few bags for me.

Some might find business wear here. Parking is easy except for a busy weekend. The clerks mostly stay up at the check out counter so if you want something you have to wait in line.

The store is located near the front of the Edinburgh (Premium) Outlet Mall. We arrived early and found close parking. The store must have been short handed as the usual welcoming clerk was. It there. I easily found the summer sale shelves, which had a decent selection of soaps with nearby testers. I grabbed an assortment after testing. The scents are subtle, not overpowering. The checkout clerks were a little slower than usual, but friendly and got me checked out. I'll be back.

And I know the salesman is just doing his job but he's a little too eager to help. I don't need to be watched every second so that I can be offered suggestions. I've shopped before. I think I know how to do it. I wish this was a real outlet store that carried items other stores couldn't sell. That's usually what outlet stores are used for. Non-sales and discontinued items. The store was dead/empty in the middle of a weekday, but it was a horrible inconvenience to her to process a return for me, and then she did it incorrectly, claimed I was wrong when I questioned it, and when she finally admitted she was wrong and corrected her error, it was with a major attitude. I kept quiet the whole time to avoid irritating her further. Definitely take the time to drive to a classier town if at all possible - any other location would have a better selection anyway!
