Got them done, they scratched 3/4 rims. Got to talk to Clayton, unfortunately, the heavily-tattooed automotive manager... He proceeded to follow me outside to take a look at the rims. He kept downplaying the damage, wiping at deep gouges with a microfiber cloth. I finally stated "I should have known better than to bring my car here". Boy, did he lose it. My elderly father with Parkinson's was standing six feet away as he said "What did you say?!" Multiple times, getting in my face. He then accused me of harassing his employees, but there was no one in the parking lot. Maybe he should be tested for substance abuse..? I finally had to apologize because I thought he was going to physically assault me in front of my poor father, who couldn't believe his eyes. After things calmed down, he wanted me to bring the car in so they could "try to buff it out". I looked online and it says Walmart has nothing to do with tire rim repair...I had an appointment and didn't show up. I didn't feel like being verbally harassed again. I called the store Manager Mary Weed later that day and she was completely dismissive, almost silent. She didn't say it directly, but the gist was basically what should she do about it? Anyways, I heard she got a nice bonus for getting the store reopening done in time! That's all she cares about! If you can at all avoid it, shop at Wegmans or Aldis locally for groceries. If you HAVE to go to Walmart there is one in Liverpool and one in Central Square that aren't as bad. WHATEVER you do, if you CARE about your CAR don't bring it to Cicero NY WALMART!!!

I have a child that works at target and if my daughter where to get it and bring it home my wife will get this virus twice as bad than others. She has lupus and fibro which she can catch anything bc of her immune system. If this happens there will be a lawsuit for carelessness. And not considered the staff of target and it's ppl! Thee managers at this establishment are HORRIBLE! They need to find a new store manager then the one they have right now. This isn't the 1st complaint about the manager called josh! Now this may seem strange but they had the most insane collection of Bobs Red Mill products....and for less expensive than the stores. I couldn't believe it so I had to get some. I don't know why they were os cheap but it tastes just as good as if I bought it from a grocery store. I bought other little things at a low price, house lights, a dog blanket and a nutcracker. I love this store, even though things are cheap you can really spend a lot of money here. The check out lines looked crazy but we went really fast. In addition the people there were really nice.
