Great clothes and prices, I usually find exactly what I'm looking for when I go but the lines can be insanely long. I know it's not the stores fault, if anything it's a good sign so many people go there everyday but makes me dread the whole experience. read more

Hate this place. They completely gutted the men's section, so now it's half the size it used to be. Lines are crazy. Prices aren't as good as they used to be. Clearance section is a mess. read more

A dump. However if you are from this area you know that there is very little shopping here and this may be your only hope to find something on short notice. So if you have to go be prepared to wait on line 30 minutes and be half trampled by crazed shopppers. read more

I'm on my way home from there, a last-minute purchase of "desperation trousers" as I've been too busy to pick up my dry cleaning so I fined myself $25 for a pair of unstylish "suburban office lady pants". Now I have to boil myself in scalding water to make sure I don't get any diseases from using the fitting room. Absolutely vile, disgustingly dirty, clumps of dust, dirt and hair balled up like 1000 sick cats lived there for a month. I'm not exaggerating one bit. When I told a salesclerk she shrugged. read more

The lines here are out of control! Going out the door! Had to wait an hour in line. They have good items , but unless you come early in the morning, good luck! read more

Good place to shop if you're willing to patiently sift through rows of clothes for cheap prices, however, the racks are a mess and there were times I gave up on looking through a whole rack if I saw a clothing hanger jammed into a section. Even the shelves all around the area for the customer line are scattered with items in complete disarray. Kudos to the store for having a free charging station for multiple people to charge their phones at once. The lines can often get long, even with multiple cashiers. read more

You have to look hard but if you put in the time you'll find some really good deals. The lines are long so make sure you got everything you need before you start lining up. It's a great place to pick up toys for kids and kitchen essentials for almost 1/2 price. read more

Very disorganized location, always messy, overcrowded, and the prices don't make up for it. Inexpensive? Nah. The prices are worse than some dept. stores in Manhattan. Merchandise is often broken/left to be stepped on and dirtied on the floor. Not to mention veryyyy long lines. read more

What a disgusting place to shop. Merchandise is all over the floors. You can't walk anywhere. Stay away!!

I am still infuriated by the incident that happened when I was in the store earlier, already sent similar complaint to their company comment section and let's see if I hear back from the management team. So before I picked out 7 items to try on and by the time I was done, I saw a customer waiting around the area outside my fitting room door. So I quickly left so she can use it ASAP, I was holding on to quite some items so completely forgot the number I was given. I went back out and the associate insisted that I had to get it back in a demeaning manner. I attempted but honestly couldn't retrieve it as I don't even remember which exact room I was in and all of their fitting room doors look the same. Went back out to let her know I couldn't and the associate gave me very bad attitude, I explained the reasoning and she still demanded that I do so. I told her if so then she would have to do it since she works there and I'm not gonna go and knock on every customer's door. She refused and still demanded that I do it and it's the store policy etc. It was an honest mistake and I tried to recall and retrieve it but really couldn't, she even couldn't do it and why would she expect that I do it and I told her to stop giving me bad attitudes cause she had a very nasty demeanor this whole time. She called the manager over, I was very frustrated already and just wanted to leave and don't even feel like buying the things I picked out because this experience is so frustrating. Lack of customer service ,poor judgment skills and don't know how to use common sense to work around policies, I'm appalled by the training she's given, if even was even provided. I gave the clothes back and just wanted to leave peacefully and she was still being very nasty, instead of apologizing, she snickered and said words complaining about me as if I was the wrong one. So I demanded to see the manager, spoke with manager and I believe he said his name was Derrick? (Apologies if I got your name wrong , sir). I explained the situation and he agreed with where I was coming from. At this point, still no apologies from the associate herself, not even a word. She should be the one apologizing and receive disciplinary action. This woman lacks customer service, has no common sense, does not apologize even she is wrong, very very rude, and has no basic manners. Please reconsider her employment and be more attentive to the trainings provided to your employees. Customers do not expect to be treated this way during their shopping trips. If she is having a bad day and will act like this, please do not go to work and treat people and customers this way. I don't expect to be treated as if I'm doing some luxury shopping but at least have some basic manners, if you pissed off a customer and know that you made a mistake, at least apologize . Avoid if you don't want to be disrespected. You get treated like shit and the store doesn't value your business. No basic manners and respect. Negative Customer service. No common sense, basic judgement, and still does not apologize or at least pretend to despite they were wrong. Love it, not so neat of course it's a pretty big store. Customer service is excellent! Love Mashall's always get the best deals and if you need to put items on hold for as little as $10 you can :D read more

I never had a problem with the store. Anytime I went in there to purchase. I came in with an open mind, I did not expect to find anything specific more of an open concept like oh wow this sweater is really nice I will buy it kind of extinct. Awesome place love it! read more

Marshalls is the type of store to go into when your not looking for anything pacific . Theres clothes all over the place people step on them , either there ripped or really dirty . They do have name brand stuff in there for a low price but there usually something wrong with the item read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service, incredibly disorganized, and disgusting wait times. I had called and asked if they had Apple Pay (since I forgot my card at home but needed a blanket for an emergency) and they told me over the phone that they did. Fast forward to me waiting on line for more than an hour, only to get up to the cash register and them telling me that the Apple Pay only works "once in a blue moon". They proceeded to take me to all the registers that were open (only FOUR) to see if the Apple Pay would work. Then, a male (who I could only assume was a manager) had come over to see if it would work. One of the workers wanted to come over to try to help, but he yelled at her to stay where she was. I complained to him about my conversation on the phone and he was very snobby to me. Needless to say, I didn't get my blanket, and I'm NEVER going back to this Marshalls. Already told everyone I know to stay away from this slov of an establishment. read more

This store is a freaking mess! I feel like I am pawing through a garage sale. They do have a lot of good stuff....just not a lot of good people working there to keep it neat. The fitting rooms.......OMG.........hold your nose! Smells like someone mistook one of them for a bathroom stall. The walls were dirty, and the floors where as well....with gum in various places. I was a retail manager a long time ago and all I wanted was to make the staff......AND I MEAN ALL OF THEM......get their asses in there and start scrubbing! They need to do a over night close and have more floor staff, and staff in designated areas. I can't even imagine what their shrink numbers are like! Whats worse? How about the line to pay? OMG......give yourself a good half hour for that....and yes its because the cashiers have no sense of urgency. This place has a lot of really good merchandise but its just not a pleasant shopping experience. read more

I have been shopping at this Marshalls for 4 years and unfortunately, this will be the last time. While shopping recently one night, because of the cracked/open/disorganized beauty items, my pants were damaged when something fell over and spilled on me. I brought this to the attention of the floor manager right away and was left standing there for 15 minutes waiting for him to help bring me any toweling or tissue to try to remove this stain from my clothes. As he was tending to other things, another associate, a redheaded woman with piercings, who btw had NOTHING to do with the incident, concerned herself by giving me dirty looks and cursing and saying how she wants to "hit me in the face" to another store associate friend of hers, in an undisclosed area of the store. HOW DISGUSTING TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH DISRESPECT!!!!! Where do they hire these people??? A complete lack of professionalism. I have never in my life been treated this way by a store. I have brought up this issue to Marshalls Corp. I will never shop at this store again because of how I was treated. read more

Lines out to the shoe department and only 4 registers semi-opened every time I go. I say semi opened because the lazy, overfed and under clothed staff barely move. As a matter of fact, as most of the staff sleep-walk their way through scanning your stuff, the manager (or whoever she thinks she is) is hysterically and obnoxiously directing customers not to look through merchandise (btw 3 out of 5 items are damaged in your store, lady, so i'm gonna look before i decide if the line is worth it). Stay away if you want to avoid a stressful experience. Unbelievable how this never gets fixed! read more

Marshalls Name brands for less. Dont expect the employees to run in the back and check if their is anything in stock, because it is basically a discount store for name brands. My experience with this Marshalls was a great one very friendly employees. I mean the only rude people in the store are the actual customers!!!! Surely there are a few things in the store on the floor, but is it the actual employees fault? I mean a lady alone had five children with her pulling things down and she didnt even tell them to put the stuff back. I have sympathy to the employees for dealing with such chaos! As for the line yes it is long...but 9 out of the 10 times they are calling empolyees from all over to get on the register. If you have time to shop you will LOVE the store. If your on your lunch break dont even bother because no one is going to move any quicker to suit your needs! read more
