This is a decent mall. It's not very big, but it is clean and well organized. I like that it is…read moreright of the highway. However, it's a bit too far for me. I guess I'm spoiled because I live near Plaza Las Americas, The Mall of San Juan, and San Patricio Plaza. This mall, although nice, is not worth going out of my way... well, except for the Marshall's. I loved this Marshall's. What I didn't like was the food court. It is spacious, but about half of the stands were either vacant or closed. Leaving a sad amount of options. Luckily, there are several good options on the outside. There is also a Caribbean Cinemas. In addition to the Marshall's Megastore, this mall has a Best Buy and TJ Maxx.

Mall culture in PR is by farrr wayyyy more apparent and better than back in the United States. The…read moremall was super gigantic but it had all you needed including the food court where I had the absolute most delicious camarones mofongo.

A few weeks ago, we visited the store in Santa Rosa, Bayamón to buy a luggage. There were 3 my wife…read morereally likes but none of them had a price and there was no other alike. I went to customer service to report this in order to fix this and have a price. After waiting over 30 minutes they decided to assign a higher price when you compared the size and material. Based on that, I was expecting between $65 to $69 and instead they said it was $84 with no real base to assign that price. There was no consideration after letting us waiting so long. My wife decided to choose another one similar to those ones but in a color that was no so attractive. The price was $69. The next day, we went back to see if there was something different and an associate was working with the prices. We found nothing new but the work assigned to that associate was in response to our finding. We shop regularly at Burlington. I'm retired but worked on retail for about 12 years and the service to customers is not what it used to be. Very dissapointed.

Well organized Walmart. They had food, produce, tons of items for the home, clothes, ect…read more I specifically came for hair products. I went to the beach earlier that day and my hair got completely wet in the ocean, so I needed to wash and restyle it, but I left all my hair products at home. So, I figured in Puerto Rico, they would definitely sell a wide range of products for kinky-curly hair textures, and I was correct!! They had many options and a few products I've never seen so of course I got them. Store was clean and they sold everything typical for Walmart. Highly recommend.

I got a five gallon paint and went yo pay through the garden area. I asked the cashier if there was…read moresomeone to help me to put the paint in my car trunk. The cashier told me there was no one doing that kind of " work". I told her in the past I have had help. And asked her if there was a possibility for her to call for help. She told me No. I am a senior citizen and my expectation is to find someone to-be a problem solver. Eventually my daughter came to the front part of the store and a kind hearted employee ( Omar) came to the rescue. I appreciate what Omar did but I am frustrated with the cashier who was not able to place a call for help for a " senior customer". Those employees need MORE training so they can be problem solvers, have compassion and understand that an unsatisfied customer could multiply for ten.

Queda en el casco urbano de Bayamón y tanto puedes llegar a pie como en transportación pública. Amplio estacionamiento. Tienen un montón de años establecido y a mi entender ninguna tienda es una ancla sino que es un centro con una combinación de tiendas y servicios. El Huracán María 2017 lo destruyó en gran parte pero resurgió como el Águila y ahora es otra cosa con todo nuevo por dentro. Caminar por sus pasillos es una sensación distinto a la monotonía de otros centro comerciales.
