This bridge was made when I was a young adult to correct having no front lateral incisors due to a hereditary defect. Since the development of new advances in cosmetic dentistry I researched the named experts in this field. I decided upon Dr. Haywood since he had an excellent reputation and years of experience. He took a lot of time with me during my consultation since I had a lot of questions. He was very down to earth, respected what I had to say, and really listened. Never has he made me feel rushed. After my consultation, I was impressed with the newest techniques and procedures he described that would be utilized to make a replacement. He offered several options and I decided on the one that I felt would be the most beneficial to me and achieve a pleasing look to the eye. There was incentive for paying in full, but certainly other financial arrangements could be made. Let me say, with no reservations, Dr. Haywood is a caring, cosmetic surgeon with a great dental chair manner. His staff is friendly, efficient and my appointments were made to blend with my work schedule. The office and dental rooms are pristine. I felt completely comfortable during the procedures. Each service as it was being performed was explained, so I had a clear understanding of where, why and what was happening. The entire process was completed within the proposed schedule. After the success of my bridge replacement, I decided to continue with Dr. Haywood for my regular preventative dental appointments. Although my dental hygiene health wasn't bad, it is so much better now! In fact, my spouse decided to see Dr. Haywood, decided on implants and now has an extraordinary smile. From enjoyable waiting areas (complete with video games for the kids) to playful staff, 5 stars all the way. My daughter was seen on Tuesday, July 13th and the hygienist was snappy and rude, she refused to listen to my daughter concern about how the removal of her wisdom teeth may have caused a gap to return between her two front teeth. My daughter attended her appointment for the first time without an older adult because she is 18 but when she return home after her appointment she was so upset because the hygienist was so rude and her tone was so harsh when she spoke to her. My daughter said that the orthodontist, Dr. Jessie was there and her attitude was no better and my daughter said she noticed that Dr. Jessie had positive energy when treating other patients but when she arrived at her station had demeanor and body language changed and she was less friendly. Since we started my daughter's braces treatment at Perry Hall location it has been one issue after another. There were many times when the staff and the hygienist were not friendly. I've tried to move her treatment to one of their other offices, and they made it so challenging that it didn't happen so she finished her treatment at the Perry Hall location. This journey was not pleasant for my daughter or myself. I would not recommend anyone to use the Perry Hall location.

Five stars isn't enough for Dr. Cho and his team. My husband found a local dentist and easily…read morescheduled appointments with a friendly staff. He was quickly informed over the phone that they take our insurance and the staff gave him quotes for initial X-rays, eval, and cleaning for my mom without dental insurance. The hygienist was thorough and my hubby kept commenting how his teeth felt squeaky clean and smooth for over a week! He took his old, cracked night guard for a replacement. Dr. Cho was very professional and informative in explaining the cause of the crack and recommended an affordable guard and the right thickness that'll protect his teeth. Dr. Cho also kindly taught my hubby how to safely brush his teeth to further prevent gum recession. After my husband's exemplary experience, my mom and I went in for our appt. We scheduled back to back to take turns watching my 15 month old toddler in the waiting area. We arrived early and Dr. Cho greeted us and saw my mom earlier than her appt time. My mom hasn't seen a dentist since my dad passed away 4 years ago, so she was scared. Dr. Cho's chair-side manners were superb which kept her very calm and even enthusiastic about further taking care of her teeth- she needs crowns. Dr. Cho conservatively recommended the work she needs done and before we left the office the front staff gave us quotes for her next visit. As a 7 month old pregnant mom with a toddler, I can say this office is very family friendly. Dr. Cho ordered minimal x-rays to address my worries of cavities and the staff took extra caution when taking the x-rays. The eval and cleaning was thorough and quick so laying on my back wasn't uncomfortable. There was a cute corner for my toddler to play and lots of space to walk around to enjoy her stay at the dental office while grandma's and Mom's teeth were being taken care of by Dr. Cho and his awesome staff. Now that she's familiar with the office and friendly staff, we decided to schedule our daughter's first dental appt, too. We already appreciate our new family dentist very much!
