The whole point of why I was seeking a CA attorney was that I needed someone well versed in CA real estate law, especially Prop 13 law. So for him to say I needed a NH attorney (who would know nothing about CA RE law and Prop 13 law) was exactly the opposite of what I needed, and showed he was not exactly on top of things, either then or later in his response to the review. As for "I do not handle that type of law" in the review response, their web site lists "REAL ESTATE" as one of the areas of expertise for Attorney Michael K. Wolder. So I think there's more "confusion" here, too, either in the initial query response or the review response.

He made so many false promises then quickly turned my case over to a blantly incompetent paralegal (?), as if she is actually an attorney herself, that is even worse. Within a week or two, he moved offices and changed his phone number and failed to provide me with that info. I called and left so many messages and never heard back. Finally he responds with " I was on a phone call when you tried to call that one time". How about approx 20+ times Aaron, not just once. Very high turn over of employees, who misplaced my file, and basically didn't know anything about my case or where my file was. Aaron failed repeatedly to return calls, or respond to email and text. The incompetent person who he handed my case off to, did not want to talk to me and did not want any info on my case, stating she had all the info. Apparently Not. Both of them kept stating to me I wanted to keep my car when there is no way I wanted to kept a car that had severe electrical and fuel system issues that are NOT REPAIRABLE. Do you know the absolute terror of driving down the freeway or needing to excelerate in traffic and ALL the electrical and power goes completely out !!!. I repeatedly heard from repair shops that my car is a " Can Of Worms" and no one would touch it.
