After answering all of her questions, I asked what the purpose of those questions was. She explained it was to gather background information. Kim then followed up, rather rudely, by asking if I still wanted to proceed. Given my interactions with her, I decided to decline. A law firm should prioritize potential clients and opportunities. Having someone who is rude and unfriendly lead the intake process suggests the firm doesn't value my case. Moreover, based on other reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences with Kim.
