Recently I looked into several holiday options and on all occasions Thomas Cook tried very hard to not only beat previous quotes but also to get an even cheaper price! They also threw in some free upgrades as a thankyou! I'd avoid here on Saturdays and Sundays - Its a fairly small branch and there's not really space for more than 5-6 consultants at any one time. You can sometimes wait for 20-30 mins for an adviser and then you feel pressure to speed up on decision - not by the staff - but by the rest of the queue

It was as though I were interupting the two young girls working there, when I asked the rates, I then asked for a moment to think about it, so I could see if it was the best rate for me, at this point the girl serving me left the currency booth without a word and with a face that could only be likened to someone who was chewing a wasp. I will NEVER shop here again and would be very surprised if this shop is still open in 12 months time with the attitudes of their staff, I will also be forwarding my findings to their head office, after 10 years experience in Retail Management I have to say this is the WORST customer service I have witnessed.
