Cheap is not always best. The staff unfortunately, seem to spend a lot of time talking about last nights soap and not taking too much interest in the children. They are left to their own amusement most of the time. I am all for kids standing on their own two feet but when they are upset or distressed, they need adult intervention.
I moved my child back to a larger facility, as although the new one has more children, the level of care and attention and learning is also greater. I get the feeling that the owner of Alexandra is fairly new to the game and she seemed a bit vague about most things. Just not for me or my child. If you are looking for care on a budget then fine, but don't expect too much. read more
