Teen son acne, allergic reaction care, skin cancer prevention and just general skin health care. This may sound ridiculous but they feel like an extended family, the office personal are so inviting and remember me and family everytime, same with any techs they have and ofcourse the doctor. I always feel so well taken care of and that there is a genuine quality here you can't find in many places if at all anymore. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

They demanded I prepay, and sign documents, requiring payment when I make the appointment. I know there's been a change of ownership, but this was awful! I told the front staff that I resented being treated like a criminal, especially after almost 30 years with them, I would never prepay, and I will NEVER be back. Shame on all of them. Take your business elsewhere.

I have practiced wax on my underarms for over 3 years now, seemed like Sugar Waxing was similar so why not? As soon as I arrived, Daisy made me feel comfortable, she's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I enjoyed getting the Sugar Waxing, still not sure what I like more but they are very similar. For any type of waxing you do, make sure you do the follow up care at home. It's very important; exfoliating, etc. I would recommend Daisy to anyone! Look no further!

I've gotten my lashes done at other places before and never had any issues I know the proper care and the precautions I need to take in order for my lashes to last. However this was a last minute appointment because I had a flight to catch later that night. I wanted to get a hybrid set for my vacation and I knew the appointment would be around 2 hours. When my set was finished I noticed the time and it took almost 3 hours for a set that didn't look hybrid at all. It looked more like a classic set. I didn't have time to sit there more hours and have her fix it so I paid and left. Hours later I got to my vacation destination and combed out my lashes only to see they were flaky and falling out in chunks. I was beyond livid when I noticed my lashes falling off when it hadn't even been 24 hours since getting them done. I messaged Liz and heard no response yet and I requested my money back. This is so unacceptable and I'm very disappointed with the service considering the high class salon this is. This ruined my vacation and I will not be returning. I hope I hear back from Liz soon and get my refund.
