They sell crystals, bracelets, and some smoke cleansing items. I did manage to buy good quality bracelets, and some crystals in the store. I went for a sound bath and aura reading. The sound bath takes place in a separate wood floored room. I brought a yoga mat and laying on the floor really hurt my back (I have back issues already) so perhaps next time I will bring something more comfortable. I felt relaxed after the sound bath though. The aura reading was odd to me because a computer program reads the aura for you and the shop owner expands on that. Other aura readings have been much different where they take a pic and all the reading is done by a person without the assistance of a computer program. I did like that i got a copy of the reading via email after. That was nice and I hadn't had that before.

I've taken 291 classes here and counting...mostly the 6:30 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. classes...my favorite way to wake up, shake off the sleep, and flood my system with endorphins before the day even begins. Each instructor brings something special to the experience. Clay's Barre Elevate is a masterclass in precision and endurance; it's a full-body sermon. My arms, glutes, quads...all awakened and redefined. Kelsie's Reformer Pilates Signature classes blend strength and grace effortlessly, with flows that challenge your core and flexibility in all the right ways. Brooke's Reformer Pilates classes have pushed me to new levels, activating muscles I didn't even realize needed attention...with that perfect blend of focus, flow, and fire. Every instructor here is fantastic -- Ally, Pretty, Kari. You can tell they all genuinely care about helping you grow stronger, more balanced, and more confident. The studio also hosts periodic challenges that give you that extra push to stay consistent -- a fun and motivating reminder to show up for yourself and celebrate progress, not perfection. Redlands Barre has helped me build strength, flexibility, and confidence -- but also a deeper appreciation for discipline and balance. 291 classes later, and I still walk out taller, stronger, and a little more in love with the process.

State Street Pilates is aesthetically adorable. With its chic decor, cozy vibe, and plenty of space…read morefor semi-private sessions, it manages to feel both boutique and welcoming, without ever being cramped. I took the Pilates Gym class (don't let the name scare you -- there's no bench-pressing here unless it's reformer-related...and not even then). This isn't your typical contemporary Pilates class with synchronized leg lifts and forced serenity. Nope, this one's rooted in the classical method, and it shows. You get a personalized workout plan, access to all apparatuses, and the freedom to work at your own pace, like an introvert's dream workout. Megan was incredibly attentive and intuitive, helping me through exercises I would've skipped (read: panicked and pretended to adjust my grip socks) in a larger studio setting. I was dealing with some pain beforehand, but her guidance helped me modify and still get a solid workout. And let me tell you, your girl broke a sweat. The good kind. The "I feel accomplished but also mildly betrayed by my own muscles" kind. It's worth noting: this place isn't for the TikTok Pilates bandwagon recruits looking to pose on a reformer and call it a day. This is the real deal -- classical, precise, and actually challenging. If you're here for aesthetics only, prepare to be humbled by springs and straps. My only callout, and the reason for only four stars, is that the studio is upstairs and didn't seem to have a handicap-accessible entrance. Please correct me if I missed the elevator opportunity. I can't imagine a client with a disability being able to practice here unless they're willing to do a surprise stair workout. Still, for anyone who can make it up the stairs, State Street Pilates is a gem. Classical, effective, challenging and just the right amount of charm.
