Their yoga instructors are very friendly and incorporate their own yoga philosophy within the sessions. The Pilates and Barre classes are extremely unique. I've been to many Pilates studios in the past, but these are truly something else. A bonus is that the classes are small, creating a more relaxing and intimate environment.
