They sell crystals, bracelets, and some smoke cleansing items. I did manage to buy good quality bracelets, and some crystals in the store. I went for a sound bath and aura reading. The sound bath takes place in a separate wood floored room. I brought a yoga mat and laying on the floor really hurt my back (I have back issues already) so perhaps next time I will bring something more comfortable. I felt relaxed after the sound bath though. The aura reading was odd to me because a computer program reads the aura for you and the shop owner expands on that. Other aura readings have been much different where they take a pic and all the reading is done by a person without the assistance of a computer program. I did like that i got a copy of the reading via email after. That was nice and I hadn't had that before.

In my confirmation email, the only instruction was to bring my ID, which I reasonably assumed was for identity verification or account setup. However, when I arrived, the front desk associate (Viviana) asked about the address on my ID and, after I explained that I had just moved, told me I would need to go to a different location based on the address listed. I want to be clear--I completely understand if there is a policy requiring proof of local residency for a free trial. That's not the issue. The issue is that this requirement was not communicated beforehand, and more importantly, the way it was handled in person was extremely unprofessional. Viviana had a noticeably dismissive and unfriendly attitude from the start. When I tried to clarify my situation, she spoke over me and did not make any effort to provide clear or respectful communication. After going back and forth, she eventually offered to check with a manager. I agreed and asked her to do so, and when she returned, she said I could work out for the day--but the delivery still felt cold and unwelcoming. I also requested a tour, which she provided very briefly and with minimal effort. She pointed vaguely at different areas without explanation, and I ultimately had to walk the facility on my own to understand what was available. It's unfortunate because the gym itself is great and the other staff members I encountered were kind and welcoming. I still plan on joining because of the location and amenities, but this experience nearly cost you a new member. As a business owner with over 10 years in customer service, I know how much front desk interactions matter--they set the tone for the entire brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the service I received from Viviana does not reflect the quality of the facility.

Then IEHP rejects you. The owner of the home I was going to rent had put Room for Rent on the Lease Agreement. IEHP does not approve rooms for rent. They denied my application. The owner had to resubmit his Lease. IEHP denied it again. They DID NOT READ IT. They just assumed it was a duplicate. I had to get the funding organization to re-submit their paperwork a THIRD (3rd) TIME. This was happening while the landlord was holding the house for me. I was afraid he would find someone else to rent the house due to this dela IEHP reviewed this one and it took them forever to respond to the funding agency even though they placed EXPEDITE on the cover page. I submitted to IEHP a request for help and they took forever. I almost lost my apartment. Thank you.
