My 2nd visit was fabulous and I brought a friend who I had hoped would have a similar breakthrough. We started with some breathing and relaxation exercises, then the soundbath began. The leaders play singing bowls and various instruments. It is SO relaxing. The leaders do a great job of explaining what will happen, and then debrief afterwards, AND stay silent during the entire soundbath portion of the experience. It might not be for everyone, but if you are looking for a space in which to relax and let of anxiety, this is a really lovely experience for that.
