We each got a medium Shave Ice with a scoop of ice cream (lots of flavors to choose from), shaved ice, flavored syrup (lots of flavors of this as well!), and the "snow cap" (coconut flavored condensed milk topping). It was a little messy but yummy! The medium size was almost more than we could eat! It was a fun experience and an affordable way to be treated to a more unique dessert experience. Finally got my chance a few weeks ago when they attended a lunch time food truck rally at Parkway Scrubs. I got done working in the heat and drove over to get a treat before continuing my day. It was atrociously hot so a sno-ball seemed perfect. It took a minute for anyone to appear and take my order, but when someone did, he was friendly and polite. Sno-Boss specializes in NOLA style sno-balls. NOLA style is supposed to have fluffier ice, syrup added throughout the process, and sometimes stuffed or drizzled with other goodies like ice cream, cakes, or sweetened condensed milk. They have several specialty sno-balls, which are premade combinations that are loaded with goodies. If you want something simpler with just plain syrup, that's fine too. I wanted to go full Monty so I ordered the smallest size "Fan Luv," which is strawberry syrup, sweetened condensed milk, and cheesecake stuffing. It was plenty large enough for a treat, though the price to size ratio seemed maybe a little high (~$10). On the whole, I liked it. I will admit that I'm not the biggest shaved ice connoisseur, but I did enjoy myself. It was so hot that the ice melted fast enough I can't comment too much on the consistency. I wish there'd been a bit more sweetened condensed milk; it mostly just tasted like strawberry, and extra creaminess would've countered that a bit. I did really like the addition of the cheesecake. It was pleasantly dense and creamy and went well with the strawberry ice. I would definitely get another sno-ball from here if it was convenient and the mood struck. In the future, I will likely try one with more flavors incorporated just to keep it interesting. But strawberry cheesecake is a classic for a reason, so give it a try if you get the chance!

I had a few questions and the cashier was more than happy to answer them all. The two workers that I came in contact with were very friendly. The place was so cute and quaint. I tried the coconut coffee, which I had never heard of, and it was so delicious. I'll definitely be stopping in for coffee every morning for the remainder of the time that I'm here.
