I had a SIMPLE case...and he insulted the judge, saying that he didn't think she was right. ..and here's the thing. Whether you think that the judge is wrong, or the attorney thinks that the judge is wrong, is fine. You keep that information to yourself. But he pretty much told her, "Well, I think you're wrong." And I lost my case. He's got a big mouth, he can't control himself under pressure, and I'd stay away from them. I feel like I lost my case because of him and his big, fat mouth.

He knows I have a newborn baby 2 children 3 and 5 with autism my 5 year old had a heart transplant recently and this money was being used to replace our vehicle. We're now with no vehicle and if my money isn't released I'll be without a job or home. I was also advised that my near $700 balance would be accruing 9% interest PER DAY!!! I wast to resolve the balance in the most timely fashion, but apparently they don't. Talk about combining two of the most ruthless professions (debt collectors and lawyers) to make life more difficult on people that have fallen upon hard times ...
