Made 2cnd payment in person & asked about reports, associate said the office will call me, no response. Snail mailed 3rd payment with question about reports, no response. Gave up asking on the 4th payment. Guess I will make the last 5th payment with my 2cnd Social security check and rack it up on lessons learned. I should of seen the red flag of communication when the signed contract 7-23-19 that was emailed was never opened in months.It was finally processed in November 2019. Note: always remember there is no charge for legal fees if no recovery but YOU are still liable for expenses regardless of outcome!
