Nicole, and the legal clerk Sheila, took over 10 months to close on a vacant lot. It was absurd that it took so long to close on a cash deal between family members and they could not even give a good explanation why. They gave excuse after excuse and still charged me $500 for legal fees! They should have waived all fees since they took nearly a year to close the simplest of deals. Please avoid going to this firm. Sheila will lie to you about timelines and Nicole will not help get the answers needed to finish the transaction. I cannot urge you strongly enough to stay away from the incompetence that surrounds this law firm.

Absolutely horrible experience with this law firm, STAY AWAY!!!! BELOW IS MY EMAIL THAT WAS WRITTEN…read more10 days ago, still no response from anyone!! Nicole, or Shelia, I hope you are well. I am writing you an email as we are very concerned, and disappointed on several matters. First please see below, emails from last March, and April regarding the paid water bill receipt. I have now called your office approximately 8 times regarding this situation.  My last call about 3 weeks ago your assistant stated " I do see something here, and I am waiting for Nicole's signature, it is on her desk" 9 months ago when I called, I was told by Sheila " these things take around 8 months to complete" therefore I waited the 8 months to call, and we are still waiting for a resolution to this matter.  Secondly, when the sale of our house ( Tremont st) went through, we never received any paperwork, or emails stating money made out, and to whom.  Therefore we have absolutely nothing for preparing taxes this year. A paper copy would be sufficient, however a Pdf file would be alright as well.  Lastly we are concerned if we were ever represented properly? Closing took an absurd amount of time, and Everytime we called for an update we were rudely rushed with inaccurate information.  I have requested to speak with you, and have left several messages with a return number for a return call back without any success. We have been rushed through every concern and are so disappointed, we don't know how to proceed at this point.  Could you please take a moment and return our phone call, so we can attempt to resolve these matters?  I am not sure if your assistant has been notifying you with our urgent request to speak with you on multiple occasions.  I want to thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

I really, really like my car... If I can describe vehicular "umammi" as driving my car? Yep, that…read morepretty much would describe it. At least for me. Anyhow... Buffalo winter took its toll on her interior real bad this year. We kept the outside as clean as we could, but neglected the inside. I'm flushed with embarrassment thinking about how bad I actually let it get. Remnants of Rusty, going to Smooches for Pooches, and other stuff... sad to say...We lost our umammi mojo. It's gonna take me a month to harness it again. Bring in Art Lazazzero, of Wilde Art. The date for Si's trip to the spa has arrived! Used their convenient key drop off box, Art called me to confirm our appointment and that he would call me when she's had enough pampering. "Dont forget to wash behind her ears!" I thought to say, but tucked that quip away into the severe cheesiness category. All day I thought about those spots he's NEVER going to reach. He can't get it that clean. Well.. I was wrong. We walked around outside while he explained his bathing techniques and massages with the buffer. My shines usually come out pretty good, but Art's was an exquisite shine! Saddle into my bucket seats a scan the inside. The feeling I got reminded me of settling into my cozy beach chair at the beach. I could not find a spec of dust, or Rusty's hair, or dirt, or shoe scuffs on the door. Windows impeccably clear. The dashboard is black and not grey with dust. Can this be true? The "spots" I thought he'd miss? Spotless! Umammi is back!! The time Art spent with Si, you'd think he was cleaning his own car. His attention to the littlest detail will bring this guy back often. We talked about his tinting and wrapping services too which I plan on coming back for.

He did not file the case in the correct jurisdiction . I am a client that gave him the address and zip code along with the copy of the lease and the name of the tenant. Micheal got paid for his services and I even paid him to hire the sheriff to evict the tenant. The sheriff department too, took the fees and never said that the property is not in their jurisdiction . When I asked the sheriff to come to the property and Evict the tenant, only then they told me that the property was not in their jurisdiction, and they can not do any think about it . The case has to be filed allover again. Micheal was supposed to file the case in Kenmore and not in Buffalo. or vise versa. Micheal refused to take responsibility for his work and he is redoing the work the proper way. He wasted 3 month of my time and his fees and the sheriff fees for this. Now I have to start all over again. His lack of knowledge and experience is going to cost me another three months of lost rent and another attorney and the sheriff department fees all over again . Hiring Micheal dwan was a big mistake. He doesn't know his job.
