If you are at all skeptical about this kind of stuff, please give Dr. Novak a try... you WILL have relief from whatever pains you! PROS: Very friendly; absolutely effective; affordable; very clean office; appointment availability is wonderful, including some days having appointments after 5 (which is rare and awesome!). CONS: its far (for me), but otherwise--nothing!!!

I've been going to Fraudin for YEARS. They're personable and kind, but they also do their homework…read moreevery time. And because they work as a team, they can switch doctors/patients without dropping a step. That makes them a great place for younger doctors to learn from them and provides us with multiple viewpoints along the way, with proper controls. I've also had situations requiring coordination between them and my PCP, and their conduct and professionalism makes that work very well. There's no room for a PCP to disrespect the chiropractic approach; they work together. Good folks and great care!

THEY SAVED MY LIFE... well, at least my health and mobility! I was stricken with a sudden onset of…read moresciatica in early April. Hardly able to walk, my MD just prescribed steroids (no meds) with little effect and two months into treatment "gave up" on managing my radiating pains and recovery by referring me to a pain management center for shots. From the start, Dr. Fraudin's team located the problem (compression of L4 & L5), immediately provided manipulation, stretching, and carefully administered PT exercises (and taught me how to do them) to help heal the nerves and muscles... and now (late May) I am walking upright without a cane and progressing with rehab and near-normal movement. I absolutely trust George and his team of caring, committed and competent chiropractors. BELIEVE IT! THIS IS REAL, HOLISTIC SCIENCE! Going to Fraudin Advanced Chiropracic & Rehab was the BEST decision I have ever made (the second time in 30 years I needed them).

I liked how he had patients doing warm-up exercises to help adjustments go more smoothly. I like how he worked on you before just attempting to adjust. I like how he's helped people lose weight. I do not however, like the price. For long-term commitments, the price should not be 70.00/session, even if you're given a couple of pieces of foam to bring home. I truly believed it would be much less, considering a one time adjustment cost 60 bucks. My fault for not doing the math when they pushed the long-term commitment. But if I see another 1 star rating due to people being intentionally over-charged, I will re-ADJUST this review. I'm also going to say, for the sake of anyone suffering a bad back. After months of treatment this time and periodically over the years, I still ended up with issues, but then: I got a Deep, DEEP Tissue massage on Christmas Eve. It has helped my back immensely. After the massage and (not kidding) walking on my back, she stretched me out very similarly to a chiropractic adjustment. It adjusted and a day later, I wasn't hunched over in pain. Two hours of unbelievable bliss for 110 bucks + tip, rather than a 4-minute adjustment. Do yourself a big, big favor - get it done. You deserve it! Sadly it was in Philly, and I don't know where to find the perfect Massage here, so let me know if there are any suggestions.

All they want to do is sell you an absolutely overpriced wellness package with exorbitantly priced powders and then they put you on a gluten free diet you could download for free off the internet even when gluten is not an issue for you. Dr Dan is a snake oil salesman who does not want to help patients they're just looking for how much money they can get to sign you up for a high interest credit card that they benefit from. If you're having issues, go to a medical doctor, not this practice, they do not know what they are doing (medically) and they are scamming the public!!!!!

The staff is also very friendly and professional. I feel at ease going into my appointments. I use the roller table before adjustments and there usually isn't much of a wait. One note: They could use something on the ceiling if only to dim the fluorescent lights from your eyes. Dr. Bentz sees you in a small office. (This is in contrast to some chiropractors that adjust you in a large room in front of everyone) He asks how you are feeling and checks in again after the adjustment. I never feel like he's rushing through the appointment. Dr. Bentz has a firm but gentle method of adjustment. If you've ever had a bad chiropractic adjustment then you know how valuable this is. He is very knowledgeable and explains what is out of alignment, tight, or locked up. I can feel the difference in my body right after the adjustment! The building itself is tucked into a lot surrounded by large trees off Perry Highway near the traffic light at Pines Plaza. Tip: The entrance to the chiropractor office is not the first one you see facing the road. It's on the side of the building. I recommend Genesis Chiropractic and Dr. Bentz to anyone looking to improve their health.

There were no X-rays performed or scanners to check my current health state. This chiropractor office somewhat reminds me of an assembly line. For the past few months, I would come into the office to sign in. After signing in, I would proceed to the machines they had. I was able to lay on the roller machine which helped loosen up my muscles, then hooked to neck stretching machine and then electrical STIM machine. Afterwards, I would go see the doctor to get adjusted. It seems like its the same process for everyone and there is little room for individualized care. I really wanted to give this place a chance but I am not really seeing any improvement in my health. The staff is cordial however, I really think it's only because they get my money. I am grateful to have had this experience because I now know what to look for when I am looking for a better chiropractor.
