They gave me a delivery date for my toy teacup maltipoo and everything went great. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He arrived clean, happy, and healthy with all of his paperwork and food. I took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in great shape, healthy, and had a great personality. He looked exactly like the photos and his personality is perfect. It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.

Upon delivery, the puppy demonstrated no basic training, crate conditioning, or housebreaking. When I reached out regarding these issues, the business became entirely non-responsive to my emails and messages. While the company posted a public response to my initial review stating I needed to follow up, they continue to ignore all direct private communications and have refused to offer support or address the unfulfilled service.
