They were keen at reminding me that time is money and that they are uninterested in putting any "extra" time in for review. This year they started charging before showing what work could be done. They processed us like cattle, and constantly reminded us that we were not worth their time. We will no longer use their services, nor will we provide any further recommendations.

I've been getting my taxes prepared by Rolly for many years now, and have always had a great…read moreexperience. I'm not sure why there's suddenly a few one star reviews for this place, but I think it has to do with people being upset by having to owe this year or getting a lesser refund due to Trump's new tax laws, but that's not your tax preparers fault although it seems that they are taking the heat this year...I just don't think people understand that. I also don't think people understand that you can't just sit with a tax preparer and find out what your refund is or isn't then expect not to pay them for their services, people need to consider that this a business, and time is valuable, especially during the busy tax season. You wouldn't expect to sit at a restaurant and eat a meal and say just kidding, I didn't like the meal and thus I'm not going to pay...Anyway, I just had to rant, because like I said I've been getting my taxes done here for years as has my whole family, and we've all had the best experiences, and we will be coming here every year. Rolly and Francis are very knowledgeable and personable. Their rates are so much lower than other offices-I'm smart with my money and did my research, and they get their work done promptly. I also never had any issues scheduling an appointment, and their new office is super nice. Don't listen to the negative reviews, I honestly think these are people who are just bitter that they didn't get as big of a refund or had to owe this year and they want to blame Rolly instead of understanding that there were new tax laws this year that affected everything and that this happened everywhere this year to lots of people, and not just them...

Waited several months with no call from her so I called to find out when things would be ready or if she had any questions. Was very disappointed to learn she has not even started. I was told "it just fell through the cracks". When I asked for a refund as I was no longer confident in her service she said ok but she was charging me for what was the initial consultation and she was charging for sending out a notice to the irs. She did send back 1/2 of what I paid her to complete and file my state and federal tax returns. Quite frankly that seems like a rip off. I work at a small business and the owner would fire anyone who just blew off a client like that. She never sent back a copy of any work she charged me for. And the refund she did send took 16 days to be postmarked and that was only after I called again to see what was the delay. I would never go back and I would never send a friend to her office.
