Not only did I have difficulties regarding medical studies, the staff he employs has poor work ethic. This past month, I went to pick up a prescription. It was not a regular scheduled visit - it was a matter that should have only taken half an hour at most, since it wouldn't require waiting in line. We arrived at opening time to avoid any issues. However, my son (who is autistic) and I watched as patients that arrived after us were showed in while we were ignored. Every time I asked the receptionist about it, her attitude was unhelpful, and there was a clear lack of communication to Dr. Roncallo. My son started to get restless and frustrated. He cannot handle over stimulation and there was little I could do to calm him when we were waiting. At the end, after more than two hours of waiting, I approached the receptionist one last time to tell her to send the refill to me. It has still not been delivered to this day. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. You could argue that it was only the staff that were involved in this incident, but I believe that leadership is reflected in the people you employ, and it was not agreeable in the least.

During our visit seeing the practitioner was fast waiting for step shots took an entire hour "they were preparing " the shots. This is not the longest wait, we have actually sat in a room for three hours with a sick baby.

When you approach the ladies down stairs opposite side on the reception depending on the mood they just shrug and say they don't know. If they are willing they call someone to help and take you around to the other side of the building where another elevator is. It would help everyone if this elevator could be fixed.

Dr. Tyroch said she would renew all my prescriptions. Not only did she never call in one of my prescriptions but after several calls to the office I was told that she would not call in my prescriptions because she didn't have my records (blood work, mammogram, and bone density). MAMMOGRAM AND BONE DENSITY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THYROID MEDS. She had my blood work but still refused to call in my medications. I told the receptionist that I was going to write a bad review on the doctor. About an hour later, I got a call from the office. I was told the Dr. Tyroch wanted to NEGOTIATE with me, if I wrote a bad review she would not call in my medications. If I did not write a bad review she would not. THIS IS BRIBERY AND UNETHICAL. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
