After coming once they told us we needed to put the plugs back in our pump (the system runs off of a well). Then they didn't show up the next day when they were supposed to.They also never called to let me know why, I had to call them. On the day they finally came, I got home to fund the pump hadn't been removed as discussed. When I called to find out why, I was told that it was too much work for the amount of money they were going to charge me and they wanted no part of it.
