I must say that our conversation provided us with an entrepreneur that was very professional, understanding, honest and direct, telling us that there were services that we were looking for that he did not provide, giving us good reasons why. His prices for our service was excellent so we hired him to take care of us for the year. We arranged with him to do an initial service consisting of a spring cleanup, detaching, and a mowing. The work they did on that initial service call went above and beyond what we expected which made us happy that we hired him for the season. The quote in writing with proof of insurance was emailed within an hour of Dextre's first visit. Time for removal was established and kept as promised. After coming once they told us we needed to put the plugs back in our pump (the system runs off of a well). Then they didn't show up the next day when they were supposed to.They also never called to let me know why, I had to call them. On the day they finally came, I got home to fund the pump hadn't been removed as discussed. When I called to find out why, I was told that it was too much work for the amount of money they were going to charge me and they wanted no part of it. They could have told me when they asked us to replace the plugs that they couldn't do the job. Now we are scrambling to find someone to get this done! I would never recommend this company to anyone!
